When is the final deadline for our managers and budgets?

I have just found the perfect manager for my team but he has 110 world rep which is one point above my club's reputation. How flexible is this?

If you make allowances for one person then everyone wants a bit of leeway.
Because it's such a small difference Kris & Jake might let you
