I don't understand how this over bidding works... People are throwing cash away on packs which they don't have (some didn't mean to) to be in debt then get the players they want then sell the one they don't to other players? IMO that's not really fair as there are no real punishments for over spending? I could put 60/70m bids on each good packs such as Germany/Argentina/Brazil etc. to get really decent players then dump the others to get back in the clear again. I might be wrong but it's not fair nor fun when it comes to that really is it.

Totally agree! I mean disclaimer has just bid 100m on a pack when he hasnt got that much, those of us not overspending will just fall behind imo it's not fair
 
There should be FFP rules. Or something to stop going into debt on purpose, or over bidding.
