I guess that comes down to the tactics of the chairman and risk they want to take. However bidding 60m for Uruguay pack and selling Suarez for 65m would seem like good business, the risk is now on the chairman with Suarez who spent over 30% of his transfer budget on one player. But if he plays like he did for Liverpool last season that could work out well.

Now that a lot of the big names have gone it will be easier to pick up the slightly lesser players for a fraction of the price but I'm sure will still do a solid job in top flight football. Get a solid manager with good stats and a top flight finish could be realistic.

Maybe having a cap on the squad size would be a good idea to limit some chairman hoarding players though.
 
It's still annoying that Chairman who buy packs for an insane amount of money and go into debt automatically just sell there players, knowing that going into debt is nothing, since people will buy the players and take the Chairman out of debt. It just doesn't feel right morally, and takes strategic bidding out of the question - as people could just bid 100 million, 150 million on a pack with great players and sell them to other players. I think every time you go into debt there should be a -1 point deduction automatically. Chairman can still bid big, but there would then be more of a risk for it.
