I really love the story so far! Maybe you should only swod the details of important matches and not for all matches, because it makes your posts very long. Maybe an overview of World Cup, Champions League, Europa Leugue and 2nd division Italy and first division Germany, Spain, France and England would be nice.

Summer Update and rest of Europe standings!

No real shocks in the league apart from maybe Villa finishing top 6 but thats surely down to Benteke! David Silva though managing to amass and unbelievable 23 assists and an average rating of 8.22 incredible!

So no surprise to see PSG have dominated Ligue 1. Gomis has got a quite incredible feat there scoring 31 times! Falcao managed to beat Ibra although surprisingly James Rodriguez had the highest rating!

Bundesliga

Madrid are back on top!

Bayern munich argubly pulled off the come back of the century by beating Barca 6-2 in the champions league final!



Back to Lazio!

So even after that terrible season i got offered a new 3 year deal! I accepted.

So in a bid to end my striking woes i managed to find the Italian legend Alberto Gilardino for a bargain ?1m. I was surprised to see he was transfer listed but it seems he doesn't fancy taking the step down to Serie B!


Got some very interesting transfers coming up with potentially two new young blood strikers on the way!

SUMMER TRANSFERS & AUGUST 2014

TRANSFERS


so first of all i'll cover our transfers and then show you the rest of the leagues. We were given a budget of ?14m to achieve a mid table finish i took this as i knew it was achievable.


TRANSFERS IN

So in total we spent ?9m and brought in 3 strikers, one experience and 2 young ones for the future. Both being absolute bargains! ?1.7 million for Guidetti is pure class! Brought in Karim Rekik on loan and found Steven Caulker at a bargain ?3m!

Instead of selling anyone i just decided to release the old dead wood in the club and free up wages. The only real two notable players we let go were Andre Dias and Mauri.

START OF SEASON

In truth a pretty bad month with the highlight being a 4-0 win against Dinamo Moscow sending us into the Euro Cup! Only one point gained in Serie A is a terrible start but we will improve!

SEPTEMBER 2014

As you can see we had a quiet-ish month with only 5 games. 4 in the league and one in Europe. As usual we win in Europe and suffer in the league.


Match of the Month.

The biggest win in my career to date. Gilardino scoring twice and Felipe Anderson keeping up his great early season form! It seems that the players love performing in Europe huh!

One of the bonuses so far this season has been how well the defence has been. As you'll see in the next post Marchetti has the joint highest clean sheets in the league. Not bad considering we had one of the worst records in the league last season.

October 2014

A superb month overall. Unbeaten and if we'd held on against Atalanta i could of taken maximum points from all our games! As is custom to our team we just cant stop winning in Europe that's us taken 9 points from 3 games. Should qualify easily! A massive win against Fiorentina and our bitter Rivals Roma were the highlights!

FIXTURES

On paper a tough month with games against the likes of Inter and Juventus as well as two games in the Europa League.


match reviews

A fantastic result for us! 3 points gained against one of the best teams in the league, brilliant. Lulic has been having a great season so far!

A superb result! It seems like my players are destined to do well in Europe! 12 Goals in two games is a ridiculous feat against European opposition! One a side note and some really bad news. Lulic is injured for 2 months with a broken ankle.

This game was always going to be tough, having to rest a lot of the starters but we managed to gain a point in a game we should of probably lost.

What a result! A win away from home against the giants of our league, superb! We really are starting to grind out important results when it matters! Young Enriquez picking up a rare goal is always good!

This game was made harder than it should of been with Radu getting sent off and having to come from behind. Caulker the hero grabbing two great goals both from set-pieces! Good to see Borini scoring again from the wing.

What a game. Sampdoria played superbly and were well on top up until they got there man sent off. Young Stanciu manages to score twice from the penalty spot to give us another three valuable points! Borini scoring again!


COMPETITION STANDINGS

SERIE A

So a great two months have seen us rise to an outstanding third! I really do hope we can keep this form up and cement top 4! Also i would like to point out what a season Chievo are having and Napoli look like they are going to run away with the league!


Europa League

As you can see we have blown away the group and are already qualified for the next round! Hopefully we can make it 6 out of 6 against Leverkusen!


SQUAD STATS

The star players so far have been the young ones mainly Caulker, Stanciu and Enriquez being the main ones. Radu and Cavanda have been great too!

DECEMBER 2014

FIXTURES

A relatively quiet month for the lads. 3 Serie A games and our last group game in Europe.

One thing i would like to point out is how many injuries we got this month, key players such as Gonzalez, Konko, Enriquez, Stanciu, Cana and Felipe Anderson missed almost all of these games so the squad is stretched and some of them are still out for a while yet!

MATCH REVIEWS:

A good win here, Young Jorge the star of the show. Gonzalez picks up a long term injury.

This game was just a boring game in truth. Nothing to report apart from the heartbreaking news that Stanciu is out for at least 6 weeks.

I have to say Radu is seriously letting this team down. He gets sent off in the most important games and he ended up costing us in this one!

Palermo took the lead after scoring a remarkable 40 yard freekick, big Alberto managed to pull one back but we couldn't kill the game.


LEAGUE TABLE

Still in third, looking good if im honest. Hopefully these injuries calm down! We need our strikers to start putting the ball away as well! Bad news with Guidetti, he is unsettled and cant settle in the area. Looks like he will be off before he even got a chance, i spoke to him saying i would bring someone in but he isnt interested.


EUROPEAN DRAW

A tough draw against Basel. If i'm honest i think we have a good chance and if you look around there could be some big teams leaving the competition!​

FIXTURES

A nice not so busy month for the boys. 3 wins out of 4 although in truth it should have been 4!

MATCH REVIEWS

A nice easy win for the boys. Caulker continuing to impress me with his superb ratings!

The problem here was we committed to many fouls. Something we need to work on, a poor result but the next one sure made up for it!

We dominated this game! Amazing result a superb performance from Gonzalez who had a goal disallowed as well! Biglia with 2 assists as well.

A good win, although we made it harder than it should of been! Biglia MOTM with yet another great passing display!

LEAGUE TABLES & UPCOMING FIXTURES

Still third after another solid month, Juventus and Napoli look like they will have to much for us to compete for the title so i'll be very happy with a Top 4 which is looking ever more realistic! Roma are having a terrible season!

An interesting month coming up, a relatively okay month in the league but a very tough match up in europe, hopefully we can take it to Bilbao and knock them out! My aim is the semi's yet again. ( i always like to aim high)!

Cheers mate, much better than last year! Yeah i'm using the Gengen pressing tactics. They have been working pretty well, but i feel as though my Striker doesn't score enough!

I have the same problem, my AMC is the main scoren and delivers amazing performances, but my strikers are inconsistent.
