Manchester United have signed Belgian goalkeeper Ilias Moutha-Sebtaoui from Standard Liege, reports the Manchester Evening News.

The 16-year-old, who was reportedly scouted by Chelsea, has signed a three-year contract at Old Trafford.

Moutha-Sebtaoui joins fellow compatriot and teenager Indy Boonen at Old Trafford, who also joined United earlier this year.

gylfi sigurdsson deserves an upgrade to be honest been key to Swansea's success with the assists and good pass completion rate. not to sure abut herrera in Man Utd i think you should take a look if he needs improving he's started to perform very well. To me De Bruyne is one of the best players in the world not sure many will agree but the amount of assists he has this season is incredible maybe his passing and vision should be even higher. I trust your judgement thank you :)
 
ROMANIAN LEAGUE UPDATES:
Andrei Marc and Steliano Filip from Dinamo Bucharest should have a better pottential, like Rotariu and Ionut Nedelcearul(both from Dinamo Bucharest).
Andrei Miron and Gabriel Abraham from Otelul Galati should need a boost to be better player, they are key players for the team and play verry well in the last 6mounths, maybe Miron have the same pottential like Ionut Nedelcearul ?:)

Sergio Rico the goalkeeper from sevilla has started all the games since beto got injured and has looked very good even at a young age should have very good potential next big gk out of Spain.
vitolo and aleix vidal should also be improved for sevilla.
gokhan tore from besiktas.
ozan tufan from bursaspor.
carlos bacca from sevilla another great season again scoring goals.
bernd leno supposedly has a release clause of 18 mil euros read on sky sports as real Madrid are rumoured to be after him.

Fc Augsburg getting 5th place in Bundesliga, should get a serious boost also their center back - Ragnar Klavan. Played every single minute whole season and was the main reason their defence was that great.
