I dont know if I would like Cook and Mowatt upgrade. They allready grow very good. They are one of the most underrated english wonderkids in fm this year. Maybe a little, but would let LFC decide. I havent watched much leeds game this year.

I agree, Kalvin Phillips should be a -8 though at least. Superb prospect

Oliver Shenton needs a CA/PA upgrade for Stoke.
Young promising centre midfield, made his Premier League debut against Man City and played in League Cup vs Portsmouth.
Was called up to the England u18 squad earlier in the year.
In the top 25 for best english talent in numerous newspapers.
Considered the next Lallana.
He's only championship at best on the current update, definitely a future Premier League player.

Alright Marshall, no seaside news which is expected as we dont sign players to August haha.

Just gonna say that maybe Fleetwood town players could do with a boost after finishing 10th in League one in there first season in league 1? And there finances arent exactly great which in reality they do have a bit of money behind them as the chairman does back them. Also they are soon to move into a new 5 million pound training complex so maybe update there youth and training facilities having played 7 a side on there its good and a decent set up.

FC Barcelona and Real Madrid needs a bgger transfer budget than the standard €25M.

Barca have around 48mil, Madrid around 70mil

Barca should but they still have embargo on I hope. They wone a lot so def bigger budget.
But I dont think that real should have more.

Both have big budgets as both spend big usually

not sure if it has been mentioned probs has but the fifa financial rule will change giving clubs more freedom in market i dont know if u can alter this so teams like man city should have a big budget as they will most likely be spending near to 100m this summer after they get rid of some of the dead wood too.. also has it been updated so that when we take control of a club we can sign players who are in the first year of the contract example fabregas could be signed for as his first season is finished (Just example)

lukas spalvis-deserves a ca+pa boost

imoh ezekiel- well i think he has a pa anyway, but he never develops for some reason, maybe that could be tweaked (same with mitrovic from anderlecht)

Á. Henríquez as well- his 20 goals helped zagreb to win the league so ca+pa boost

mohammed elyounoussi- defo needs a ca+pa boost

luka zahovic- deserves a ca+pa boost 12 goals for maribor, which helped them win the league

Barca already bought Aleix Vidal for €18+4M, and are interested in 80-100 millionman Paul Pogba this summer.. I think €70M budgets for each club would be appropriate. Just my humble opinion.

I cant change any of those rules but its not a huge problem in FM usually anyway.. Im getting through them but not all are done at the moment

Players who are good in real life and have had a good season all round who deserve stat and CA upgrades nothing major just a little tweaking... Jose Callejon, Pedro has done well when he's been brought on and in real life would be amazing in the premier league as a first team player, Mauro Icardi, Griezmann has been very very good especially as a striker, Jeremy Menez has been great, Mohamed Salah had a very successful loan move, Lazio's Candreva was the main reason they did so well, Gabbiadini has been great as well scoring many goals yet he doesn't even start every game. Patrick bamford been good for Middlesbrough, Sebastian Rode from Bayern is an exceptional talent and the fact that Guardiola believes in him proves how good he can turn out and he did have a good season, Karim Bellerabi has also been very good and lastly Aubameyang has performed very highly for Dortmund he was a key player for them this season. Thank you for your hard work we all appreciate it

Germino rulli i think his name good keeper should have decent potential also think he is on loan at sociedad according to all spamish experts who do the la liga programmes bit like eg mascherano and tevez where they were co owned think his current club was estuidantes de la plata or sumut

Sergio rico got called up to the senior Spanish squad should have very good potential

Vitolo good player and also got called up to the national squad

Aleix vidal will be joining barcelona also recently got called up as well good engine and quick

Not fully updated at the moment.. relegations/promotions and european changes will be done and some transfers/manager changes
