All the new u18s for Arsenal with brief descriptions if it isn't too much ^^)

Club welcomes scholars and young pros | News Archive | News | Arsenal.com

Also Chuba Akpom, Gedion Zelalem and Dan Crowley are training with the first team and all need CA boosts.

Not adding any new players at the moment... Arsenal already have good youngsters and creating 5-6 more would make it a little unbalanced

Most of the suggestions on here are for upgrades to players so I'm going to try to put together a small list of PL players who I feel have a CA or PA which is a little too high. Of course if anyone would like to chip in and agree or disagree with my opinion then please do! I'm also trying to be completely objective and unbiased, I will admit before I write down my suggestions that I am a Liverpool fan but my suggestions will be based on nothing but footballing opinion. I watch a lot of premier league football and feel like I'm fairly well informed on what players ratings should be. However like I said, please feel free to add anything else I may have missed!

On the whole, the promoted teams don't need any downgrades (barring a few exceptions) but certainly could do with some upgrades to remain competitive in the PL. I wont be putting those in this post.

Arsenal:

Gibbs slightly lower CA, maybe level with Monreal.

Aston Villa:

Guzan and Micah Richards possibly a little too high for CA.

Bournemouth seem fine!

Chelsea:

Oscar and Cuadrado small CA decreases. Oscar's form wasn't great last season and Cuadrado's game time doesn't justify him being one of the best players in the league. John Obi Mikel is overrated in my opinion, never gets a run of games.

Crystal Palace:

Jedinak CA, Chamakh CA and PA and Henessey CA are all a little too high in comparison to their team mates. Jordan Mutch possible a little too high too.

Everton: Pienaar CA and PA is definitely overrated and Darron Gibson needs a slight CA downgrade too. Barkely PA decrease? Maybe a controversial one but he shouldn't have a huge PA because he's English, still a great prospect though!

Leicester seem fine, a few underrated players like Ulloa though.

Liverpool: Sterling, Markovic and Borini all a little too high for CA. Moreno's CA and PA is also a little too good in my opinion. Flanagan PA a tiny bit too high too.

Man City: Pains me to say it but Kompany isn't the player he was, CA downgrade. Same for Zabaleta, Nasri, Kolarov, Dzeko and Sagna. Nothing too drastic on any of them but they under-performed last year (maybe with the exception of Zabaleta but 165 CA is a bit high for him).

Man Utd: Victor Valdes CA should be downgraded a little. Rafael really overrated in my opinion, CA and PA down.

Newcastle: Coloccini, Cabella, Tiote and Riviere need a CA downgrade. Haidara and Cabella PA a bit high too.

Norwich: van Wolfswinkel and Elliott Bennett a bit too high CA. (Side note: Alex Tettey really deserves a CA PA upgrade. One of their best players last year).

Southampton: Gardos CA and PA are too high, Tadic PA a bit high as well.

Stoke: Diouf, Odemwingie and Cameron slight CA decrease. Begovic PA is too high in my opinion. In general there are a few underrated Stoke players though like Charlie Adam, Jonathan Walters and Erik Pieters.

Sunderland: Ricky Alvarez hugely overrated CA. Giaccherini, Larsson and Danny Graham a bit too high CA as well. Coates PA is definitely too high, Wickham needs a small PA downgrade too.

Swansea: Federico Fernandez and Michu a little too high for CA (Fernandez often goes to a huge club like Man City in game and I don't see him dong that any time soon, perhaps lower reputation?). Angel Rangel needs a lower or equal CA to Kyle Naughton, downgrade CA for Rangel. Andre Ayew PA possibly too high at 165.

Tottenham: Fazio is far too good in my opinion. Makes a lot of mistakes in real life and that should be reflected with a decent downgrade. Lamela has a higher CA and PA than Harry Kane, I think Lamela is one of the most overrated players in the league and CA of 148 is too much. It seems Dembele has been upgraded but he had a poor year, downgrade. Same for Kaboul, Chiriches and Adebayor. (I have nothing against Tottenham but these players are too good in the game). Kane should be improved again though, especially PA.

Watford are fine! (But Perotti hasn't signed yet)

West Brom: Blanco never plays, considerable CA and PA downgrade, he's not PL quality by any means. Morrison a little high in comparison to his team mates. Saido Berahino's PA is 7 higher than Harry Kane. I think 170 is hugely inflated for a player who has had 1 good season. 160 is more realistic.

West Ham: Winston Reid, Downing and Zarate are all a bit too high for CA. Reid PA a little high too.

That's it! I hope this helps and makes the game a bit more realistic for everyone. Please comment on this or add anything you guys think I may have missed. Cheers!

Ill take a look through all

Oscar's form does not warrant a downgrade, he wasn't overwhelming but he wasn't by any means poor. It's a little too early to downgrade Cuadrado based off a half season in a settled title winning team, along with him having a decent Copa America.

Kolarov and Zabaleta shouldn't be touched, they were two of City's better defenders and Zabaleta in particular has been one of the best RBs in the prem for a few years now, so I can't fathom why he wouldn't be deserving of his CA

Tadic's performances this season are enough justification for his PA

Downing was uncharacteristicly brilliant this season, and would warrant an upgrade (if anything) more than a downgrade.

Andre Ayew is a massive coup for Swansea and was one of Marseille's best players last season, the PA isn't too high.

Also:

Tottenham: Kane should be improved again though, especially PA.

West Brom: Saido Berahino's PA is 7 higher than Harry Kane. I think 170 is hugely inflated for a player who has had 1 good season. 160 is more realistic.

A tad contradictory, no?

Thanks for the feedback!

Fair enough on the Chelsea players. Zabaleta's CA is too high to start with in my opinion though. 165 makes him top 3 DR in the game, which he shouldn't be, but you're right he didn't have a bad season.
My reasoning behind Downing was that he's being linked with Middlesborough in the Championship, and having a CA of 146 would make him rip up the Championship. I simply don't think he would do that next season so a little downgrade makes sense. The others I can see where you're coming from, but the Kane/Berahino one I said because Kane has a lower PA than Berahino, Barkley and Shaw. To me that's unfair on him so you should either downgrade all of them or upgrade him. So when its put like that I think he should be improved a bit more

Just a couple of things mate, always a big fan of your updates!

Spurs are set to move into their 61k stadium in the summer of 2018

Harry Winks, Milos Veljkovic, Joshua Onomah, Alex Pritchard, Kyle Walker Peters need considerably more PA.

Winks just signed a new 3 year deal,

Veljkovic recently just won the under 20 world cup http://cartilagefreecaptain.sbnatio...ur-youth-u20-world-cup-serbia-milos-veljkovic

Onomah is a definite future star in the making with man city making enquiries for him.

These 5 players are the most promising at spurs and are likely to be pushing for the first team and so their current PA has them basically championship standard. Hope you can have a look and adjust them accordingly

Cheers mate

Ill go through it all - CA/PA is the hardest to judge because its all based on opinion, but by adding in these changes it makes the update more realistic (providing it's done well)

On Berahino. If it is 170 PA thats a mistake on my part, it shouldn't be that high

On Kane. I am keeping him the same at the moment - 6 months ago he was a nobody so just being cautious until he proves it further

Steven N'Zonzi to Sevillia to be announced.
