you cant transfer list people or make them unhappy but with Kroos he has a preference to play in Spain and England for career plans so now can be signed

Shaw is still hard to sign, Lallana is available, Felipe available, Costa is at Chelsea, Tiago dont nothing with. Has his release been confirmed?

I am making my way through trying to sign players who only transferred last year

Arsenal, United and Chelsea should have bigger budgets.
Nemanja Matic stamina is so poor in-game and should be 14 at least.
Diego Costa work rate and teamwork slight increase.
Schurrle needs better off the ball.
Koke needs a boost along with Godin, Juanfran and Filipe Luis after their performances this season.
Cahill needs boosting and Ramires a slight decrease.
Dunno if you've done Sterling but him too. Also Ramsey.
Lewis Baker an increase in PA. Patrick Bamford and James Wilson too.

Its 19:49PM in UK now and it is released at 10:00AM tomorrow morning so you can work out your time difference from that
