Can you change foreign player restrictions of leagues? I am not sure about it

I've never understood why people ask for the game to be put forward a year. That's called FM15. The update enables you to basically have the same database as FM15, just its in July 2013 not 2014. That cant be helped. Why would it even matter. This has been this way since i started playing on Champ Man 2 and Champ Man 97/98. And to that Ronaldo guy ... did he molest you or something. Just the 51 club goals last season. He's proper useless lol. Ever think at the world cup ... he had to play because of sponsers. He was blatantly injured and not even 50% fit. In a portugal team with Almeida up top. Who is the white heskey. If you dont like it, change it, get another update. With the lack of research maybe this will help.....you can prove anything with statistics tho... 87% of morons know that...

Yes. You have to do it in nation rules in the editor and recreate the leagues. I think i seen a db maybe on steam workshop with a 3 foreigner rule for english leagues. Have a look. Then just select both that db and this one when starting a new game.

Ciro Immoble (if that's spelt right) deserves 6-7 off the ball movement and likes to brea k the offside trap ppm. This is because he always moves way 2 early and ends up offside 7-8 times a game for Torino last season.

This is a dude who was the best scorer in the league playing for Torino(a mid table team at best) helped the achieve much better position than anticipated. Can't say i watched full games, but i did watch highlights of his league goals and i'm impressed very versatile, scores in many different ways(headers,shots from outside the box...) Now you can imagine just how good he will be in Dortmund having all those amazing players around him feeding him great balls. So i must strongly disagree with these comments, he deserves an upgrade(if it wasn't done already) but definitely doesn't deserve being lowered in the most important stats for a ST.

Here are a few changes worth noting just in case u havent rectified them. Filipe Luis needs an upgrade, especially on the defensive aspect of his game. His defensive stats for the previous season werent as bad as his attributes on fm would lead you to believe Filipe Luis Football Statistics | WhoScored.com. Fernando of Man City (Previously Porto) needs an upgrade, he is on of the most solid holding mids in Europe. Matthias Ginter, Keylor Navas, and David Ospina need a boost

Exactly - when an update changes ca/pa there is always going to be a difference of opinions and i don't mind discussing it just like i did regarding Szczesny with you

You reckon Giroud would still get those statistics at the right wing?

Cavani is a lot more mobile and produce only 2 assists for PSG. Walcott is stuck wide and did 21 goals and 14 assists in 31 games playing mostly wide. He is a natural striker. Messi did 77 a season out wide. If you're not scoring then you should be assisting. When he's scoring he doesn't affect the game. If Giroud had pace then he would be one of the best in the world right now IMO. But sadly not.
