My dad is working in France right now and reports over there on their version of sky sports stating Cavani is agreeing personal terms with Liverpool after accepting £47m bid
Another CA/PA Suggestions:
Mats Hummels- Up his Heading to at least 17 (He is perfect header), Up his CA to 167, PA 175 and Up his Injury Proneness to 12.
Thomas Vermaelen- As it was stated somewhere before, put him into Barcelona, Put his Injury Proneness to 13 and PA to 162.
James Wilson- Give him Right Foot 15, Long Shots to 9, Penalties 11 and up his reputation a little.
Marco Verratti- Someone demanded his upgrade, so i will gladly help U with this one.

Iturbe best skill is scoring from distance, so long shots should be at least 15 or more. Faraone is consistent, remember his half of the season, when he lead milan on his own. His problem is, that is one trick pony and opposition figured out his game(always move to the right and cutting inside). He should have PPM always cut inside and probably decreased flair. He is terrible passer tho. I believe, that is his left foot prety much dead...instead reasonable is weak or very weak. But this is just my opinion, so we should leave this like it is.

Hello, I suggested to increase Iturbe´s Long shots because right now, its only 9 (15 is way too much). And regarding to Shaarawy, I can asure you I am not biased. His stats in FM14 are based on his previous season. But what did he done this season? Was injured almost all season and when he played, he was invisible, showing only glimpses of his talent. but he is a young guy, so I think that 10 consistency is perfectly appropriate.

I know, that everything I suggest is only my opinion, but there are some serious bugs in SI Database, that need to be fixes to make game more realistic. As I stated before, I am not biased, because I don´t come from England, Spain, or any other country with big league. I am from Slovakia and we have so crappy league that it isnt even worth watching 
. I also play FM since Championship Manager 4 (thats 10 years) and I am kind of obssesed with wonderkids and CA/PA changes. I have also made almost 4 000 CA/PA changes to my database before this summer only for my own purposes and for me to make my game more realistic. So I wanted to share some of my knowledge, because I know how horribly time consuming can editing database be. So I just wanted to help you this way. If you are not interested in my suggestions, just tell me. I will make them for myself only 
Sandro Ranieri- there is no way, how he can be worth 25million euro. Drastically drop his reputation, give him Injury Proneness 11, tackling 16, marking 14, strength 17, consistency 13, give him Dives into tackles ppm and drop his CA to 150 and PA to 162.
Fabian Schär- I see, you have made some changes to him, but he should have 15 left foot and 13 acceleration, also should be Declared for Nation and maybe +1 in CA&PA.
Gino Peruzzi- Down his rep a little, PA 160, consistency 12, Crossing 10, Dirtiness 14.
Antoine Griezmann- Up his reputation, Make him Declared for nation, Off the ball 15, Agility 15, Free Kicks 14, First Touch 18, CA 155.
Ciro Immobile- Give him finishing 16 and 15 composure, also should be declared for nation.
Miralem Pjanic- Up his Rep, Passing 17, Creativity 17, 157 CA/170 PA. Loyalty 15.
Ricardo Rodríguez (Wolfsburg)- Crossing 16, Free Kicks 15, Corners 14, Acceleration 12, Concentration down to 11.

Remember that this is MY opinion and I am not forcing anyone to agree.
Arsenal:
Chamberlains stats are very odd. I know that he has been upgraded but because of the way the stat and pa changes were done, they were distributed weirdly. I think his stats should be lowered to what thy were before, 2 updates ago.
Walcott has had a ca downgrade despite being already poor in game and he is now Townsend and Sterling quality. Even worse than Jay Rodriguez in game! He is also slower which isn't realistic because even the boss said that he will get back physically to before the injury.
Cazorla had a slight pa downgrade despite being one of the best Arsenal players last season albeit a bit of inconsistency. His pace is now also 11 which is a bit harsh and should be 12-13
Aston Villa:
Benteke deserves a slight downgrade with an underwhelming season.
Chelsea:
Schurrles stats are a bit wrongly distributed tbh. His first touch should be 9-10 and his dribbling should be a bit higher.
John Obi Mikel has been a bit part player for years yet he is insane! He is more like 15-16 strength than 20.
Drogbas physicals have been dramatically dropped. Just because he is 36 doesn't mean that he has declined massively. 13-12 for pace, and acceleration plus 14, 13 for agility and stamina.
City:
Fernando surely deserves 13,14,15 first touch, passing and technique? He is very good on the ball.
Sinclair is a bit part player but massively underrated. Doesn't deserve 15 finishing but a higher first touch, technique and his mentals are awful!
Crystal Palace:
Jedinak needs a higher passing and technique stat.
Everton:
Besic has horrible technique! 15-6 is suitable!
Hull:
Jelavic surely needs a downgrade? Disappeared for a year and a half!
Leicester:
Knockaert deserves a -9 surely.
Liverpool:
Can deserves a ca upgrade imo.
Markovic needs more agility, dribbling and work-rate.
Stevie G deserves lower physicals imo and isn't quite quick or strong enough to protect a defense.
Newcastle:
Ben Arfa is a terribl professional and deserves a huge decrease.
Mbiwa has been okay but nothing his ca suggests so a decrease of 5-6.
Sissoko has shined and come back in the French squad so upgrade.
QPR:
Charlie Autin imo isn't as good as Ings,
I personally don't like Barton but his downgrade is too big and he is very good on the ball.
Hoilett aint the greatest but he is a solid winger and needs higher dribbling and flair.
Shaun W-P also needs higher dribbling and flair.
Rio Ferdinand has been dealt with a tad harshly.
Taarabt struggled at a poor Milan team therefore downgrade.

A few changes to the Cardiff team as I have been to a few of the Austria tour games and some players have really impressed;
Guido Burgstaller; 10 free kick taking, 13 creativity, 12 decisions, 14 passing, 14 balance, 12 aggression. He deserves an upgrade as he impressed in Austria and against Wolfsburg and Blackburn.
Fabio; Increased strength to maybe 12 or 13, Technique maybe to 15, crossing and dribbling up to 14, anticipation to 11 or 12 possibly. All those I feel he showed signs of improvement against Blackburn and Wolfsburg.
Whitts; Slight CA upgrade not by much though, free kicks up to 14 or 15 as the current ability at 12 seems a tad unfair on him being a dead ball specialist, same with his corners too. First touch, decisions, pace and agility down slightly but otherwise no drastic changes needed.
Brayford; CA and PA upgrade as he has shown that he has improved, specifically changes in Jump reach to 12, marking and passing up to 13 and 14 respectively.
Gunnar; Needs an upgrade similar to Brayford, all of the above going up, off the ball getting slightly done up, balance could get upgraded a little and the same with his strength as Hanley and Malanda were struggling to out muscle him when he had the ball.
Declan John; Pace could get up to 15 or 16, determination could go up to around 14, his flair positioning and teamwork could go up a few notches but that would be about that for him, maybe a PA increase to -8 or -9 but completely up to you
Marshall; Could do with a boost, CA up as Premier League teams are still interested.
Mason; Out on loan at Bolton and could do with some upgraded physicals.
Medel; Even though he has now been sold to Inter (Confirmed) his physicals could also be in with a shout of being upgraded especially his strength.
Moore: Could do with a boost in CA and PA, goalkeeping (the column) stats could be upgraded a fair bit, in particular his 1v1's, handling and command of area.
Noone: Pace should definitely be upgraded and he should have an injury lasting until the middle of September.

Éder Álvarez Balanta- I know this one is tricky, because he was an obvious buy for almost everyone. But I watched him closely from the release of FM 14 and i dont think there is any chance of him being -10 PA. I suggest -9 PA.
His weight is 84 kg, also 11 decisions, 12 composure.

David Alaba - I definitely agree.
Balanta - Decisions and Composure stats are listed as "0" in the database editor which means they are random. (1 - 20) I would agree with you though he is probably a -9 but please Marshall keep him as a -10 because I need him to be awesome!

Marco Reus - Underrated, his CA needs a boost imo.
