doneFederico Fazio to Spurs.

Spurs signed Fazio
Warnock to Palace. Jadon Puncheon must be buzzing.....
And the Bale and Sterling analagy which was used earlier. Sterling at his age is the most exciting talent i have seen who is English since maybe Micheal Owen and Rooney. In 2014 he has become the player people were on about when he was 14. Development been off the chart. I was talking to a mate the other day and could actually see him becoming a ST. But we will see about that. 6 months ago nobody would have said he could have been an AMC. Now look at him. Looking forward to seeing him in the diamond behind Balotelli and Sturridge tho. And compared to Bale at his age he is way way ahead in his development.
Remember this ....

Being well-ahead in development doesn't mean he's more talented.
Bale didn't deserve to have 186 PA when he was still playing at left back, but looking at him now, I highly doubt Sterling will ever get to that level. He doesn't have the power or the ball striking technique & I doubt he ever will, just a very good, clean speed & dribbling game which only really warrants about 176 PA; around the Di Maria/Reus level. His stats will still be very good on FM, just not as good as Robben or Ribery & that's how it should be unless he starts showing signs he can do amazing stuff like this:

I just think using that logic then no youngster would have a high fixed potential - you are comparing 18/19 year olds saying they need to do stuff like Robben/Ribery - two of the best players on the planet in their positionsBeing well-ahead in development doesn't mean he's more talented.

ill take a lookTake a look in some south american players:
everton ribeiro and ricardo goulart ( cruzeiro ) the both was called from brazil, ricardo goulart is the brazilian serie a top goal scorer and everton ribeiro is the best offensive midfield. Ricardo Goulart deserver improvement is his CA and PA abilities.
Diego tardelli ( atletico mineiro ) deserves 15 in finishing and 17 por acceleration and pace. Now is called from Brazil
Hector Villalba ( San lorenzo) needs improvement, made a very good Libertadores, very fast player ( Deservers Higher PA
Glil ( corinthians ) very good defender, was called from Brazl, deserves 17 in marking and 16 in tackling. For two years the best defender in brazilian football
Elias ( corinthians ) deserve higher CA,
ganso ( são Paulo) deserves 18 from passing and 19 from techinique. very very talented player, his passing and techinique is amazing
pato ( são Paulo) finishing 14 and dribling 15
ralf ( corinthians ) 18 in marking. His marking abilities is amazing, for years the best marker in brazilian football
-Luciano Acosta (He is a good player IRL, in FM14 he is a very bad player, i mean he is young but his PA is really low, good dribbler, pacy and with good long shots, he was on the starting 11 of Boca Juniors in his first season) i saw that in other topic and i agreed with him
hernane ( al nasser ex flamengo) brazilian top goal scorer in previous season. deserves 16 in finishing
Not updated on the update released but has been upgraded for the next updateJust curious on this one. How's Munir el Hadaddi (FC Barcelona) in your latest version?
By that logic, no players under 20 would have a fixed PA of 170+, and thats ridiculous

okayidk if you seen this one, but allione from velez in now on palmeiras in brazil
I do agree the potentials could be a little closer together instead of so varied like they are now with the minus'No it's not. This is one of the problems with PA values in the editor; it's impossible to objectively argue why any teenager deserves 180+ PA or -10.
There should be more random variables for instances like these. EG: X=150-190.
In Sterling's case, whilst I would give him 175 in the current system (which I'm going to do in my personally modified version of this update), a random variable ranging from 169-185 would be more appropriate.
I've seen the videos, you're kidding yourself if you think he's got Robben's power & ball striking.
Steven Naismith's finishing should really be higher. Most Everton fans agree that he's probably the best one-on-one finisher at the club.
Wayne Rooney became the England NT captain....
About Angel Correa, he does the training and recovery with Atletico, i think he must be in that team
