Looking all over internet that is just a rumour not even close to being done.

Also Aleksandar Lukovic is not going to Red Star.

Jason Puncheon signs permanently for Crystal Palace (from Southampton loan)
Wayne Hennessey signs for Crystal Palace (from Wolves)
Aaron Hughes joins QPR not on loan but 6 month contract -fixed (from Fulham)

Not 100% completed:
Nacer Chadli apparently in talks to join Swansea on loan
Dimitar Berbatov apparently having a medical at AS Monaco

Hughes is no loan he left Fulham on free transfer as he got out of his contract.

And **** tomorrow i guess you will make some money to get a hold of the database :) i will surely put in ?10 to get it if mostly of the transfers is done :)

Bob Schepers (FC Utrecht) on loan to SC Cambuur till the end of the season.
Rodney Sneijder (RKC Waalwijk; and yes brother of Wesley Sneijder) have come to mutual decision to leave his club.
Danny Hoesen (Ajax) on loan to PAOK with a future fee around 2.5 million euros if they want to buy him.
Pablo Armero (Napoli) on loan to West Ham United.
 
Hatem Ben Arfa seems a bit too good in the game maybe you could decrease some of his stats

Hughes is on a loan i think.. although i can see why others are questioning it.. different on a few sites

Odemwingie / Jones swap deal and Hennessey for 3,5 million is by far the weirdest transfers for now. Can't you englishmen explain these for me?
