Btw, did you change Hapoel Tel Aviv's financial status? They should be really really broke

Yes all of scotland promotions and relegations done and Rangers also done

File is released june 15th, all info on first page

you cant transfer list players or set an asking price

and yes hapoel was done

New York City are unplayable, just created so David Villa and Lampard (Premature i know) have a club.. They only have two players and a manager so no point making them a team in the MLS yet
