Yo Marshall! I am pretty sure it is official, but William James Hughes is coming to Anfield in January for a fee of 12 mill :D
The future looks good with the sights of Hughes, Coutinho and Suso! :)

Any quotes of it being official mate? Only seen rumours so far

Well, of course it is not official untill i see a publishment from the club, but i have seen alot of places talking about it being a done deal. Also here is a quote from LiverpoolEcho "Liverpool FC boss Brendan Rodgers appears to have won the race to sign Derby's Will Hughes.Rodgers is poised to clinch the signing of ?12million Derby County wonderkid Will Hughes - leaving Arsene Wenger and David Moyes out in the cold.
Hughes is a long-term target for Rodgers, Wenger and Moyes, having impressed in central midfield for Derby.
But the 18-year-old finally looks to be on his way out of Pride Park after Liverpool agreed to meet the Rams' ?12m asking price.
According to reports, the Reds will land the highly rated England Under-21 international in January (The Express). "

Will Hughes is definitely done, however the club haven't confirmed it. Just got FM14, going to use the starter update! Many thanks.

Its all rumours, however i firmly expect the deal to go through... been linked with for a long time and the Wisdom deal seemed a sweetner

I'd be guessing it would be 12mil ( most would be bonuses, future success etc) and he would get loaned back to Derby for the rest of the season

Will Hughes definitely one to watch in coming seasons, but imagine if we somehow sign El Shaarawy! That fluid 4-3-3 with 3 forwards in Suarez, Sturridge and El Shaarawy would be devastating and very easy on the eye. I hope he is our main January target, and that Spurs don't realise we're interested and this time avoid gazumping whoever we are linked with as is the usual practice.

Shaarawy would be pretty amazing, but i doubt it will happen... I cant really see the problem with Spurs, both good sides so will be after good players, only natural targets will overlap a lot

Doubt you'll get shaarawy considering City couldn't, but you never know with Milan playing quite badly.

Man city couldnt when he was playing very well and Milan were in a good position... both have gone downhill quite severely this season

however, i dont think we'll get anywhere close to getting him

His wage demands are going to be silly, too.

Im sure his wage demands would be fine for the majority of clubs... Young and at a side that Financially are not in the best position, cant imagine him being on high wages

But if he is made available for transfer, there'll be a lot of clubs competing for his signature y'know.

A serious amount, only thing Liverpool could offer was almost guaranteed first team football.. apart from that we'd be huge underdogs to sign him

First team football is a big big factor. Chelsea have A LOT of AMs so I'd count ourselves out, City's attack is very very very crowded already, Spuds just signed a lot of players and if your form continues, you wouldn't really be underdogs, Madrid just spent a boatload on you-know-who. But I'm saying it isn't going to be as easy as it seems while speculating. :)

Couple of changes for cambridge united...

Ryan Donaldson has been playing RM and is doing well there so should have this as a position
Liam Hughes has also been playing RM and can play RB and CB as secondary positions
Tom Champion has been a rock in midfield this year so maybe needs a bit of an increase and have CM as his natural position
Will Norris has a very poor CA even though he is the 2nd choice keeper ( think he is half a youth star ) so he needs his CA improving to maybe 1 1/2 to 2 stars for first team

thank you
