Think you should reduce creativity of Matic, he is more a defensive player, that being said maybe increase his marking and tackling to 16 or 17.

Celtic's Kris Commons - could you change his position to "CAM" and make his current position of LM "18"? He's been playing there for a while now and in the game when I start at another club, he is automatically transfer listed and leaves, because Samaras and Borreighter are also left wingers, despite the fact he is Celtic's key player and is scoring most of the goals for the club. Could you also give him a boost? New signing Holmbert Fridjonsson is positioned in the game as a LW when he is a striker, I would increase his current potential a little bit too, so he fits well into other people's games, as there's a youngster currently in their reserve squad by the name of Bahrudin Atajic who has far better attributes and at times finds himself in the main Bosnian international side which is a bit unrealistic considering the boy is never even considered by Lenny! That's about it, I think. As always, keep up the good work mate!

Don't know if this has been mentioned but Rosicky and Gibbs warrant a bit of an improvement as Rosicky in particular is really good but just not normally fit.

Other mentions go to Gary Cahill , Ciairan Clarke , Osman , Oviedo and Vito Mannone who has been decent this year ( suprisingly )
