That's all down to personal opinion.... I personally think SI will have more transfers as 1) is their job to do and 2) they have more time and people dedicated to it

But i think my update is popular because of the ability changes
 
Will you relesa a new update for this 14.3 patch since there is lots of CA PA mistakes...
Coutinho CA 156 PA 170
Sturridge CA 155 PA 165 (Coutinho cant be better than Saturridge!)
Negredo CA 161
Lots of big mistakes if Negredo gets 161 Sturridge should at least be 165

No mate, my update is available for that... you can choose to use either the official update or my file

Mine is currently:

Coutinho 153 CA
Sturridge 161 CA
Negredo 160 CA

started a new game with this database after patch, and berardi doesnt appear to be on the game, any ideas?
 
It looks like Domenico Berardi has got a contract with Juventus (contract 1/7/2013-1/7/2017), is on loan at U.S. Sassuolo and has a future transfer to Juventus (contract 1/7/2013-1/7/2017).

You should probably remove the future transfer entry. :-)

Berardi is on the game but there are problems with only him in the editor

Bug in the game and nothing i can change unfortunately
 
Forgive me if this has been answered, searched the thread but I couldn't find what I was looking for. I have the lastest transfer update, installed it correctly, activated it in game, yet when I try to start a new game the latest start date it allows me to do is July 2013? Am I missing something? How do these updates work if you can't actually start after they've happened?

Yes, you can only start in July 2013... i can make all the changes but the starting date of the game cannot be changed
 
Problem with update

this comes up on my game when i try to load a new game with the updated transfers......
"not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of ._LFCMarshall's FM14 transfer update.xml

it says in the download instructions... when you download the file delete everything apart from the single xml/zip file that is my update

the folder downloaded or anything else can be deleted
 
Ahh yes I see now. The in game date is 2013 but all the transfers and rosters are as-of the date in this thread? I didn't notice before, thank you!

Yes, the game will be uptodate as of when the file is released, but in game you start at the same date as before
