when the box comes up to choose the official update bottom right is a small box to change the update, are you changing that?

also do you have a pirate copy of the game?
 
Yeah I'm changing that and the only options are 14.3.0 database or default. and no this is a legit steam version :)
 
ALL SORTED, I was being thick and deleted my old update then adding it in again THANKS

Just quick question, if you delete other editor files in the folder does it mean you can't play your current/past saves that are using the deleted editor file?

I downloaded this annoying real names for journalists, awards, newspapers etc (i.e. spanish, french, german names that I don't understand what the award is for) and even if I don't select it for a new save they get transferred into the game. want to delete it but still want to be able to play my old save, although I don't want it on my new save when I download your update!

no you can play your current saves.. you dont have to necessarily delete them, temporarily move them out the editor data folder or just select a single file rather than all in game

I also have the same files and they work alongside my update

And another thing,you put Vladimir Stojković in Maccabi Haifa like i told you but he isnt the Vladimir Stojković that i was talking about.

i talked about a goalkeeper that played in Ergotelis last year. and you put some midfielders with the sam name insted. can you fix it?
 
Seem to have got it working, but whenever I close down the game, without restarting it myself it just automatically restarts immediately, why is this?

Hi marshall big fan of your updates however this is the first time i cant get it to work done everything as usual but just aint happening. Extracted into editor data folder etc and selected the file in game.... any ideas?
 
why it doesn't work?!
i put it in the editor data folder and there is no change..it is the old update..

אחי יש מצב אתה מעלה בשבילי את העדכון?
 
for some reason, whenever i try to load your update, on the 14.3.0 database (fm version 14.3.1) the game loads, but the update doesnt do anything EG: ashley cole and frank lampard are both still at chelsea?? i deleted all my other editor data files, changed the file name to include capital letters :S with no error messages or anything???

any ideas?

Same problem here, seems like a couple of people had the same problem a few pages ago, but just said they'd fixed it without saying how.

Keep up the great work LFC, sure the update is incredible like all your previous ones have been
