I keep getting errors when I try and load your editor? Any idea. This is on a brand new laptop btw.

you only need the xml file, im guessing you are either selecting my update alongside others or have the MACOSX folder in the editor data

you can delete anything else, just keep the update xml file

On my United Save using this update in my 2nd season the club got roughly £300M in sponsorship but were only £20M negative balance... 3rd season I have £250M with no players needed. (I genuinely need no players, Phil jones, Luke shaw, Balanta, Rafael, Pogba, Wilshere, Isco, Draxler, Adnan Januzaj and Mario B.), my point is you should get big big sponsorship deals soon.
sorry a little OT: I thought sponsorship is handled by the game, how do you actively get big sponsorship?

Just dropping by to say good job. I tried your database for FM13 and I wasn't a massive fan of it, but I figured I'd give this a try and it's really great. The player adjustments are excellent, and for you're remarkably unbiased in regards to rating your club's own players. Great job.

I've got a few things I'm going to suggest in the spoiler below in regards to Palace, and I can attach a copy of the file with the changes I've made if that makes it easier. Cheers!

Mile Jedinak - CA Bump to 141, PA Bump to 143
Anticipation to 17 from 13, Marking to 17 from 15, Positioning from 14 to 18 - Reflects his amazing defensive performances this season, in which he was the third highest interceptor in Europe and easily the highest in the Prem.
Determination from 15 to 18, Important Matches from 13 to 14, Influence from 16 to 17, Team Work from 16 to 17 - All reflect his captaincy and never say die attitude this season.
Penalty Taking from 12 to 14 - Does what it says on the tin. He's a good penalty taker.
Stamina from 15 to 17 - Played 38 games this season just gone and the full 90 in almost all of them.

Julian Speroni -
CA Bump to 137
Influence from 5 to 14 - No idea why he's rated this low. He's a quiet but very well respected leader in the team.

Joel Ward -
CA Bump to 151, PA Bump to 160
Left Foot from 7 to 11 - He's reasonably decent with his left, as seen when we played him at LB.
Crossing from 10 to 12 - Decent crosser, nothing special but better than 10.
Pace from 13 to 14 - Small adjustment because he's quite quick.
Positioning from 13 to 15 - One of Europe's best right-backs in terms of interceptions.
Positional Changes: LB to 18 (played just as well there as at RB), LWB/RWB to 15, DM to 17 (was very effective there), RM to 14 (doesn't really play there).
Added 'Get Forward Often'.

Jason Puncheon

Basically a whole load of minor tweaks. Puncheon finally made the most of his talent this year just gone and had a great goalscoring season.

Jerome Binnom-Williams

Jerome is rated REALLY weirdly, so I adjusted him. Basically he's a very talented young player who used to be a winger and then, as he grew, shuttled back into a LB position (which is presumably why his flair and creativity were so weirdly high). He's very big and strong and has an excellent technique, and the club is expecting big things out of him as we're currently without a senior left-back. As such I made him good enough to be a backup and develop, but with relatively low defensive attributes due to his relative inexperience as a defender.

Apart from that, I think most of the squad is rated fairly, as a workmanlike outfit with one or two stars and a couple of outstanding wingers. Oh, and no striker. :P

As a side note, you could perhaps do with bumping and lowering some reputations of Palace players. Binnom-Williams could do with a small bump to put him into the main squad, as well as Hiram Boateng (who will be in and around the squad) and Reise Allassani (the same). I'm trying to find out what the deal is with Alex Wynter, who is apparently halfway between Colchester and resigning with Palace; if I find out I'll drop it here.

P.S Have you not adjusted club reputations? If not then okay, makes sense, but if you have do you reckon Palace could do with another 100-150 or so? They're currently at 6000, putting them below Leicester at 6100 which I, in my admitted bias, think is a little harsh given we finished 11th last year and Leicester weren't even in the same division. But hey, your call yo. Cheers.

Marshall please drop Akinfeev PA , he is 175?! And not just because of this WC , i saw him many times playing for CSKA Moscow and he makes so many mistakes. I think his PA should be around 160 .

In France: Maxwell Cornet from Metz played 16 matches last year having just 16 y.o. He already played in the French National Team U19. He still has not enough level in the beginning of the game. His potential needs to be increased as well. Also in france Samed Kilic from Auxerre ('next Platini' in the game) never becomes a good player. In real life he is the star in France U18, he scores a lot with both legs and his natural position is attacking middfielder. Kingsley Coman (17y.o) from PSG is much more talented than in the game. All the big clubs in Europe want him as he did not renew his contract with PSG. I agree mate

Will take a look

Mate could you take a look at Andreas pereira currently uniteds biggest prospect besides Wilson and januzaj, he's been called up to the Brazil u20 and is a starter and main creator in uniteds u22 team, he has a great shot from distance, easy to see if you see his goals for the u21s this season and he's got a great eye for a pass I would suggest making him a -9 but you can take a look and see what you think, also have you looked at ander Herrera ? He's defo underrated better defensively than what is stated , lastly rakitic'a ppms are way off ... Plays no thru balls ? If you watched him for Sevilla he was the main creator so that should be changed but keep up the good work!

Not sure if you're doing loans, but Marcos Lopes of Man City has joined Lille on a season long loan: https://twitter.com/Rony10Lopes/status/482182697771859968. I think you already have but its always worth double checking if his CA is good enough for first team football in that league, as I doubt City would have let him go on loan if he wasn't guaranteed a key role in the squad.

Think you've already set Bruno Zuculini as a future transfer from previous updates, but he looks set to join permanently now, with just a medical in the way, so worth keeping an eye on: now: Man City pip Man Utd and Barca to Argentine star Bruno Zuculini | Football | Sport | Daily Express
EDIT: Zuculini having his medical: https://twitter.com/City_Watch/status/482510663114579968

I trust you've already done Fernando, anyway I think he deserves a small boost in certain areas i.e. passing, first touch, composure and decisions. Here's a comparison with City's other midfielders from the Champions League:
View attachment 366032

Obviously your shout but his passing is a measly 11 if I remember correctly, which is a bit unfair when looking at the stats. Something around 13-14 would be a fairer representation.

Also Emyr Huws has been linked with a few premier league loan moves such as Swansea, Stoke, Leicester, Burnley and Palace apparently interested, so could do with a small boost in CA.

Southampton surely must have a budget of at least 45m now?
Great business for them.
