Imo Koscielny needs a ca in the 170s because he has been the leagues beat cb for the past 2 seasons and Kompany declined plus Rooney had a better season and had a downgrade. Azpilicueta needs an upgrade as well as felipe Luis and his defensive stats. Jon Flanagan needs 9-10 tackling because everything goes past him. Felipe Luis is better defensively. I have stats comparing Gibbs, Shaw, Baines, Alaba and Marcelo and the comparis is fair because they all play in possession based systems. It turns out Kieran Gibbs was the best defensively overall and didn't do much going forward but Alaba was by far the best going forward. Kieran Gibbs made 53 interceptions in a possession based systems despite playing the least minutes (missed 10 games). He also commited the leased fouls and goes to ground the least. He should have the stays on feet ppm. I think he should have higher off the ball, positioning and marking. Baines won the most tackles and I think his tackling should be 17. Shaw won 55% of aeriel duels and I think his jumping should be 16 and the runners up were Alaba with 50% and Gibbs with 48%. Imo they should both have 13-14 Jumping. Gibbs had 9 and Alaba has 10 which is a Joke. In terms of take ons and dribbling, Shaw and Alaba were by a mile the best and justify their 14 and 16 dribbling. Marcelo also had decent take on stats and Gibbs hardly tried any. They all completed plenty of foward passes. Baines won the most tackles and needs 16-17 tackling imo instead of the ridiculously high dribbling. Quality left backs are scarce these days.
