He is a decent young player - but only had odd occasions at Derby, very inconsistent and failed to really keep a regular first team spot

delete the macosx folder you may have downloaded, make sure you have 14.3 update, and dont select any other files alongside mine

if all of these are followed the update will work

I know but he's taking Sherwood's old job as technical director so on FM he was labelled as u21s manager so I thought might as well label him as u21s manager.
