Arsenals stadium debt is more or less paid off so n all debts should be wiped.
 
You may aswell put Mangala at city now if you havnt already, footage of his interview was accidentally released on city's official site a couple of hours ago so the transfer is done, city are just waiting to announce it by the looks of things. This will bring budget with FFP down to £0 so change city's budget to that aswell

Few updates for Millwall:
Magaye Gueye has signed on a 1 year contract this morning with an optional 1 year extension.
Simeon Jackson has left and is a free agent.
Federico Bessone has left and is a free agent.
David Forde has signed a new 3 year contract.
Lee Gregory should be in the first team rather than the reserves.
Also was wondering if you could improve the CA of Carlos Edwards, David Forde, Shaun Williams, Martyn Woolford and Lee Martin after impressive seasons last year.
Bad seasons for people you may want to decrease CA would be Josh Wright, Justin Hoyte, Scott Mcdonald, Richard Chaplow and Danny Shittu.
Thanks for your help would be good if you could do a couple of CA changes as they aren't particularly accurate at the moment.

Inconsistent could describe a lot of players with -9 potential, along with unproven, and you can't expect a kid to cement a place in a promotion-chasing Derby team with Martin firing on all cylinders. I doubt many who have seen him play would say that he doesn't have the capability to be a top player, and that's what a -9 would do rather than ensuring that he will be one.

RE: Aurier

He has massively improved the attacking side of his game and probably have his PA upped. He should have at least 14 dribbling, heading and crossing, with 16 flair, off the ball and jumping. He should also receive a passing and creativity upgrade, and have his marking downgraded by a couple of points

Niklas Stark should also be looked at; didn't do anything special in his debut season, but he wasn't expected to. He doesn't need any CA upgrades but should have his PA upped to -9

Im not convinced by Bamford personally - you can change it yourself if you would like but i will be leaving him at -8 for the moment.

Aurier i will look at individual stats, CA/PA was done a few months back

Shamir Goodwin has changed his surname to Fenelon (For personal reasons)
Think Solly March, Rohan Ince & Christian Walton could do with a little CA PA increase, Premiership clubs have apparently been sniffing around Walton & March & Ince was one of the reasons we didn't miss Bridcutt too much.

Also think the training & youth facilities could do with increasing following the opening of the new Training academy at Lancing (American Express Elite Football Performance Centre) Club Already has Academy level 2 but club are now pushing for level 1 Status.
