Falcao loan is confirmed. Man Utd can buy him after loan for 34m after the loan if they want.

Every source ive seen seems to be claiming 65mil euros or 50mil pound

Valencia Club de Fútbol have reached an agreement with Manchester City Football Club for the acquisition of Spanish international Álvaro Negredo, on a loan deal with an obligatory purchase clause (Think its 20m pounds)
Im not sure if its the same case with Falcao, do they also have obligatory purchase clause?

Wiliam Kvist to Wigan - Free Transfer
Nabil Ghilas to Cordoba - Loan
Otavio from Internacional to Porto (5 years, think its 7 milion euros fee)
Lewis Holtby loaned to Hamburg with option to buy at the end
