Sadly i cant.. if i released tonight it would be half finished and therefore pretty bad for you to play on.. there is tons of free agents at the min that will be signed up in the future and alot of transfers/changes i need to do..

it wont be released until at least another 2 weeks as nothing has really happened yet.. but i promise ill do my best to make it quality when it is released :)
 
Would it be possible to get a stripped down version with jus the promotions and relegations of the major leagues?
 
Will you add Jon Torral and Hector Bellerin, the two youth prospects from Barca that have signed with Arsenal, probably -8 or -9 PA, also perhaps give Miyaichi a -9 PA since he has done so well for Feyenoord.

jon toral already been added and miyaichi has a -9 PA aswell.. but not adding any more youth players mate

Marshall, has Liverpool's transfer budget been changed to suit the new transfer strategy John Henry wants to instill? For example, he is willing to spend big bucks on players who will grow in value. £25million is nowhere near enough.

liverpool have a 50mil budget

and for people who think thats biased towards lfc.. wake up :p

man utd also have a bigger budget and so do city.. waiting to see if arsenal or chelsea need a bigger one as there summer is unsure

you cant edit a owners transfer policy only a managers transfer policy..
dalglish is set to youngsters and spend big on a few players :)

but he aint a suger daddy yet mate thats man city owners haha

Forgot to mention the big improvement on Joey Barton and DJ Campbell and would there be a chance of increasing Danny Graham? :)
