Oh man, forgotton to post my journey with liverpool from start. Managing Liverpool and have been awesome so far!

A little bit of myself, Simon, 20 years old, from Singapore currently studying in Logistics Management in a Polytechnic.
Please pardon me if my English is kinda lousy =P

My tactic is 4-4-2 with Monster Masch being my defensive mid. Giving Gerrard to play on the right but free to roam. Experimenting the tactics and so far so good =)

Here is my league positive after 14 January, pretty impressive for me i thought. Currently 2nd, 2points away from the 1st.

(EPL) Fulham vs Liverpool : 1 - 3 ** Torres (2), Gerrard

(EPL) Burnley vs Liverpool : 0 - 4 ** Jovetic, Ngog (2), Vukcevic

(EPL) Liverpool vs Portmouth : 4 - 0 ** Torres (3), Gerrard

(FA CUP) Liverpoool vs Reading : 4 - 1 ** Aquilani, Vukcevic(2), Dirk Kuyt

(EPL) Wolves vs Liverpool : 1 - 1 ** Torres

All was nice except the draw against Wolves which i field in all my best players! Disheartening to see a draw game, causes me to drop from 1st position to 2nd. Oh well.. Football is afterall unpredictable. My following post will be on the players that have been performing so far

He is the man! 21 apps, 21goals, 9 assists, 5MoM
Torres has always been an idol for me whether is in real life or in game. I have too much respect for him.

Gerrard - 23 apps, 11goals, 8assists, 2MoM
One of the best midfield that you can find! Irreplaceble!

Kuyt - 25(2) apps - 13goals, 5assist, 2MoM
Man i swear! He is a force to be reckon! Play on right wing and up front occasionally. When you put him on up front, he usually delievers it! No wonders Rafa keep playing him.

Cardozo - 14apps, 7goals, 4assist
Ah well.. Pretty good for a striker at least, worth the 18m? Maybe yes, maybe no. For me at least, he provide space for both flanks and create opportunity for teammates to score or assist. One of the best target man

Vukcevic - Average performance from him, expecting more from him. 20 in long shot, 18 in technique and many more. Dribbling, finishing, crossing all more than 15.

Di Maria - decent left winger, when i just got him, he repay me back with two red cards. After some interaction with him, he becomes slightly better but again, expecting more from him.

Steven Jovetic - Played him on the left wing more and occasionally up front, also an average performance from him. Come on! Show me what you got!

Insua, Carra, skytel, agger, masch - they all have been solid in defending =)

Youngster - Sergiy Kryvtsov plays DC, DM, MC.. 19 heading and marking, 14tackle. Hopefully he will turn out to be a great DC

Another youngster that i have been targetting.. Kyle Naughton plays WB L/R and MR

Reason why im targetting him is because of his versatility and of cos good prospect =) Insua is my only left back and i play Agger as a backup for left back if there is a need. Pretty risky if Insua is injure.. His price tag can be quite troublesome for me especially if for clubs liike liverpool where the owners are super spendthrift in my opinion.

Any cheap backup or preferably youngster for leftback?
Looking for decent Right winger too.
Or any versitile player =P
And lastly, i wanna get rid of Aquilani! Aiming to bid Defour or Luis Suarez depending on how much money will i be getting after selling aquilani.

Axel witsel probably be good in midfield.. I need stronger winger yet relatively cheap, guess it will be very hard to find one..

Coming match against Arsenal at Home, Blackburn(FA cup) at Home, Villa away, Blackburn away and finally Man Utd home.

Arsenal, Villa and Arsenal, two wins and a draw from this three game would please me to no end lols!

(EPL) Liverpool vs Arsenal : 2-0 Cardozo, Torres

Bad start with Masch injured on the 19th minutes! Had to move gerrard to mid and replace masch with kuyt to right wing.
Superb assist from Torres to Cardozo who finishes it well! 1-0 Liverpool in halftime! Torres went on counter attack from the pass by cardozo and went on to kill the game! 2-0 in the 50th minutes, Alumnia were helpless! Woohoo! I just so delighted right now! MoM goes to Torres =) Masch injured for 9-11days. hopefully he will be back for Man Utd's fixture.

(FA CUP) Liverpool vs Blackburn : 2-1 Torres (2)

Blackburn took the lead, was not happy with the way my team play. Halftime talk, "where is the passion lads?" Benayoun was not effective on the right (probably because i did not play him for quite sometime). Switch gerrard to the right, Vukecevic subbed Benayoun and bang! Torres bagged in two goals for the club. Skrtel got a red card in injury time which is definitely not good for me, gave him a warning.

Gerrard complaint after that, that the discipline instilled in the club is not good enough -_-)
To Mr Gerrard: I have noted your complaint regarding about the discipline and I will do my best in the following discipline actions. Thanks and regards
(EPL) Villa vs Liverpool: 2-2 Torres (2)

Fans are disappointed with the results, so am I. They played like for the sake of playing, no team spirit, no determination. Despite Villa having a red card at 76minutes, they were practically launching attacks after attacks till the end of the game. Poor performance by Liverpool.
(EPL) Blackburn vs Liverpool: 3-4 Torres (2) Cardozo (1) Gerrard (1)

Exciting match till i almost die of heartattack if im gonna get a draw again. Once again torres and cardozo were simply brilliant. 1st goal created by cardozo in an counter attack, i dont know why seems like 3 defenders attracted to him and gave chase. Hit a far post cross to torres who was left unmark and boomz! 2nd goal by cardozo himself within shooting range and decided to shoot himself. Great one! =) End of first half! Realized Masch and Skrtel were not performing, it was until 54mins that i have decided to swap players, masch for di maria and skrtel for carra. Within 10mins, I was 2-4 up =) goals by King Gerrard and Prince Torres! towards the injury time, robert scored a goal for blackburn. 3-4 and final whistle blowed.. Close one for me. Blackburn have certainly showed some huge fighting spirit.

Man Utd, here i come! All the best to me!

how do you get so high prices for selling players? do you wait for clubs to offer or just offer players out to clubs when you start the game?

Match against Man Utd as i am writing here!

(EPL) Liverpool HOME vs Man Utd AWAY :

I without Stevan Jovetic(injured)
Man Utd without Owen Hargreaves(Suspended), Wayne Rooney and Paul Scholes (Both injured) ah yes! Slight advantage!

Expecting a win between this huge rivalry match.

Playing Gerrard on the right wing with license to roam around. Cardozo my target man and Torres my complete striker. Monster Masch my def mid and Vukcevic my playmaker.

Looking at Man Utd squad send chills down to my spine. LIVERPOOL!! WE CAN DO IT!!

first half looks boring.. but one thing of sure is man utd is playing very poor today, hope they can continue their "form" in the second half =P CARDOZO SCORED at the opening of first half!! WOOT! GET IN!! As expected, Man utd start bombarding me and i almost conceded a penalty, so close to the penalty box! Phew! Vukcevic injured, swap kuyt to play right wing for defensive duty and gerrard back to the mid. God!@#$ Insua injured and man utd took the chance to score a goal while he is off the pitch! Liedson score that goal.. 23mins left to play.. Desperate now~ Switch my winger to attacking roles and put Gerrard as AMC. Man utd lead 1-2 with berba scoring the 2nd goal.. ****! 4minutes to go! Praying for hope and Cardozo repay me with another goal. Ended with a draw, should have been a win if not for my two injured players =( But still, the result is acceptable..

Dam, i still 2nd two points away from the leaders..

May i know which player are you talking about? If your player is performing for several games, there is no reason why clubs wont come up to me knocking doors with tons of offers =)

Like Aquilani, he is playing like ****.. Worth 25m, no matter how much i offer to the clubs, nobody take him lols.. I go as low as 16m still no offers. Only offers for loan. Oh well, might as well use him as a backup.

That is awesome haha, didn't expect someone to be same course as me though. Hmmm just hope that i can win the Premier league so that i can have some cash to spend. Have been looking at Gago, Defour and Suarez from Ajax. Maybe get some youngsters if i still got transfer budget to spend.


(EPL) Liverpool vs Sunderland: 3-0 Gerrard, Aquilani, Kuyt
Playing without Torres, Cardozo and Glen Johnson. A good test to see whether they can play well without them or not.
Voronin is in Sunderland, definitely have no regrets selling him to Sunderland, he look lost XD
Comfortable win for me. They gell together very well with Ngog and Kuyt playing up front. My young CB, Sergiy is playing well too.

(FA CUP) Man City vs Liverpool: 1-1 Kuyt
Once again without Torres for about 5-6days, means hes gonna miss his match against Inter. dam! Rested Gerrard, Jovetic, Agger for match against Inter.
Kuyt score a header in the first fifteen mintues! Could have double the lead but he screwed up when one on one against Given =X Sigh, poor defense by Liverpool and give away the lead. Struggle to cope with Adebayor rage of attacks and it was a draw in the end. Below average performance by my team. Was not really pleased =[ Oh Aquilani is injured for 2-3weeks. Benayoun morale is poor. Should i play him more often?

(Champions Cup) Inter vs Liverpool: 1-1Kuyt

Conceded a goal in the first half. If not for Reina, who was wonderful today, made a strings of fantastic saves. Kuyt was my saviour, scored an injury time goal! Pleased, definitely pleased with the results =)

Can Liverpool beat Chelsea in style and take the lead once again!?
Ancelotti has comment that he fears tough test, he should!! Liverpool will be the Champions!

This is gonna be my starting lineup:

Made a feel changes, Kuyt proves to be too hot. Play Vukcevic on the mid and Gerrard on the Right, focusing on playing down both flanks. So lets rock!

(EPL) Liverpool vs Chelsea: 1-1 Cardozo

Reina once again my MoM for two matches already. He is world class! I am glad to have him. Turtle made a wonderful impact to the game but making good interceptions and blocking numerous shots. Good game Liverpool! We are back to the top! Lets finish this to the top my sons =)

Me too, i have only 1LB. Insua, but i trained Agger to be DL so that i could provide backup if ever Insua is injured. So far he has been performing very well without injuries =) Kuyt is a decent backup just in case your strikers are injured. Keep him first, plus he can play right wing.
