You dont need scouts to look for stars in Brazil for example, just have a look through the bigger teams U20 squads. Also forgot to mention a trick to keep wages low, which is to set bonuses and clauses up (best one is minimum release fee, set it to 150m+)

i set minimum fee release clauses at 5-10mil as setting them too high had little affect on wage negotiaons. and yeah goalscoring bonuses for defenders was a nice trick. now im in the prem i should be home free, was just looking to get there without bankrupting the club
