I was searching through this forum and I couldn't find any decent threads on signings for teams League 1 and lower, so I decided to make this one.

Please post all your great findings here from your golden oldies to your decent youths also loan players.
(Must be suitable to sign for League 1 sides or lower).

To get the ball rolling here's my decent findings from playing with Torquay over the last 3 seasons.
(They may not all be available during the first season).

Please post up your findings, I know most of mine aren't available staright away but must good players you can find at the end of a season, I find the best time to buy is during the holiday period of the game.

Come on guys don't be shy post up some of your great findings when playing as lower league teams like Accrington Stanley. :D
 
matej rapnik and nenad stjepic are mine. but i manage in spain with east european players loaded. so if youre are playing in england they may not appear.

I play in England with a Medium Database and a few other added regions can't remember what ones though.
But I will check out those players anyway.

I'm not sure if that one is a fluke or not, but in my recent game I found a guy named BAAL - my scouts found him in France, he is valued at 1.4 million, but they set an asking price of 100k and I signed him that cheap.

Great versatile players, can play anywhere on the left from fullback to winger and even makes for a decent striker.
Check him out, it might be it was specific to my save that he was so cheap, but if not he's a must-buy for everyone in League 1.

Also:
Keep an eye open for all the leagues with a different schedule (like Scandinavian leagues) that end the season in December. there's many a bargain around snapping up players from the relegation teams that will be too expansive in their next season in a lower league. You might stand a good chance getting talent by making bids before they send out their offers to other teams. I know I have....

Ok thanks both of you, will have look at those reccomended players later.
And I didn't think about other leagues ending at different times thats a good tip cheers for that.
Also I highly reccomend John Guidetti hes quality and completely free when first season ends. He's 19 for me atm and a quality League 1 striker valued at £400k.
 
I know it's a rather rubbish league but it is from the bottom, Great Yarmouth FC, I got Stewart Ingram on a free!

Nadriello looks like a good player for lower league, Also looks like a good targetman aswell

Good young keeper played 27 and conceded 37 for shrewsbury in league for me.

David Grof - Free (1st season)

Another good young keeper played 19 conceded 21 in league 2

Tim Clancy
Right Back
Averging over 7 in both league 1 and 2 available for 26k off kilmarnock 1st season.

John Cunliffe
Striker
20 goals in 30 in league 2 not available untill november 1st season

Ben Parker
Left Back
Averagin over 7 in league 2 and 1 paid 10k for him from leeds in january 1st season

Carl Magnay
Centre Back
Scored 4 in 9 in league 1 and he plays in defence also good at defending not just scoring paid 40k for him from chelsea 2nd season

Corry Evans
Mid Centre
Young and playign well in league 1 valued at 425k and aged 20 picked him up for free in 2nd season

Sam Hewson
Attack Mid
1st season loaned him from man utd scored 6 in 36 and then in 2nd season they released him so i signed for free scored 4 in 9 in league 1. Also yougn and valued at around 250k now.

Steve Jennings
Def Mid
signed for free in 2nd season after he was released from motherwell peforming well in league 1

Ritchie Da laet
Centre Back
Loaned off man utd 2nd season he has 16 tacklig and 16 jumping and has scored 2 in 4 games in league 1

Will post more players as i find them, just a tip i usually scout round premiership and championship level clubs in england and italy/spain fo rplayers whose contract will be running out at the end of the season and get them in the shortlist early so i can sign any good ones when they get released, used this on a few saves to get quality players.

Those work quite well so far, although I don't need work permits for any players, so they might be more tricky for English teams.

I started as Leeds in League 1. Had good players already but my best loan player was either Darron Gibson or Yannis Tafer (who i had on loan for 3 seasons) best signing was Kikin Fonseca but you need about 1 mill for him, a good cheap player is Sandrinho he is Brazilian plays for Litex (bulgaria) can get him for 75k :)

And you can get Ian Walker on a Free at start of game he is a top goalkeeper. in second season Jerzy Dudek is on a free
