But is the tactic good?
Looks good. Btw does it take an entire season before City gets transfer money? Im thinking about playing with them and try to relegate United or the other way aroundFor me this the most consistent tactic so far, for big teams at least. Don't let the counter/structured mentality fool you, it is actually an offensive tactic, with 8 players getting involved in the attack, and this style helps break down teams that play very defensively.
This is my table with Man City so far:
I got extra transfer funds in February.Looks good. Btw does it take an entire season before City gets transfer money? Im thinking about playing with them and try to relegate United or the other way around
Awesome. Thanks Its sad that not alot of people play with CityI got extra transfer funds in February.

Was that question for me? The main goalscorer is whoever plays as the advanced forward (Aguero in my case).who is you main goalscorer?
Okay thanks,Was that question for me? The main goalscorer is whoever plays as the advanced forward (Aguero in my case).
This tactic is working really fine for me. Actually i'm reaching the second position in my Parma's save (second season in Serie A) at mid season.
I always get a 6 weeks preseason, where i train 3 weeks of Fitness and 3 weeks of Team Cohesion, and for match preparation I train 3 days of Team Tactics until get fluid in all of them (if the tactics already are in fluid in the preseason I train Teamwork in replacement). I train without rest after matches during all the preseason and I make like 8-9 substitutions every match, trying to all my team get ready for the new season arriving.

During the season I train Balanced and for match preparation i choose Defensive Positioning with 1 day of rest after matches. I train this all the season with very few exceptions, like friendly matches or a month with really high matches accumulation.

For Individual training I set every player train his respective role in the tactic and the specific attribute in which is weak for his role or simply is weak and I think is important to improve. If you see the training charge is too high you can set the team training in low depending your players' happiness.
PS: Sorry for my bad english, I do my best. I hope I've helped.
