Making a skin

Just start of by looking at the files of a current skin that you have downloaded.

It is made up of .png files (graphics_ and .xml files (layout).

Simply edit the .png files to start with to change the look of the skin and if you feel more confident delve into the .xml files and modify the layout completely.
