Clubs offer unhappy but good players very cheap.
Have some cash available to pick up some quality bargains!

i got offered Wilshere for 5.5million I got him for 5 though :P. ive been wondering why i get loads of offers for future good players for cheap

When you go to sell a player try to sell them and get your money in installments.
This will help bring in a little bit of money in each month rather than in one big lump sum also,
you could get a bit more money out of the buying club. x

thanks i always thought that was annoying but it makes sense really il start doing that, ive noticed italian teams tend to do that more than other

Also invest in your youth recruitment network to improve the quality of your own regens.
Otherwise pesky Arsenal will pick them up.

thanks, they rejected the youth facilities but accepted the youth networking thing.
what does the youth network actually do? does it make your regens coming through better?

Win every competition you can. You need to aim to win everything. You don't necessarily need to sell the best players, but Anelka and Zhirkov are worth selling I suppose.

You receive about £17million if you win the Premier League and the League Cup, FA Cup and Champions League all give prize money for passing each round. The Champions League also gives you money for drawing and winning group matches.

Staff wages, gate receipts, and reverse contracts may be worth taking a look at. Playing attractive football and getting good results will increase gate receipts, you could also ask the board for stadium investment if you're planning on staying with Chelsea for 5+ years to see the results, and you may find a lot of unwanted players in the reserve squad so you may want to offload these.

thanks for the advice, il definitly have a look at wage and reserve wages. any idea of what a top wage should be for my staff? like a structure

Im playing with Chelsea at the moment, in 3rd Season...cant ever convince board to improve youth facilities or network or stadium! Always say they dont have enough money. Haven't spent much, apart from in first season ( 67, 14 then 22). My balance is -59 million, won premier league and champions league back to back

I finally convinced the board to improve youth facilities but it took an ultimatum.

Roman kindly injected £60m at the end of Season 3.
