Man utd on new patch?

Can u still get varane 23.5mil, he was always my first signing on last patch
 
Haven't tried because I brought in Doria. Starting budget is between 12 and 25 million, so I'm not looking at such expensive players

Real Madrid where negotiating a price around 50m :S and even after bidding he wont even go into contract talks (and i was man city) yet my scout report says he "Very Interested"

I think there's a bug because he's not the only player, Shaqiri was another

A lot of people spoke about this, i haven't seen it yet but i reckon its a agent issue, because when i tried to give Barkley a new contract he said he doesn't want to talk, i then ask him to sack his agent in which he did and then i got him to sign a new contract
