Yeah you have to wait a little while I think until start of 2nd season to be able to make an offer.
 
Been playing the lad in my West Ham team since he was 16. I slightly modified Dans Attacking Midfielder Schedule and the benefits of it have been immense. I have never had player develop so amazingly well.

Why when I scout him at 16 my scout just says that hes pretty **** but then he turns into a monster? Why dont my scouts spot that he will be world class (and my scout has 20 on judging potencial)?
 
Cause his PA could be lower than 180 but his positional rating is 80%+
 
My scouts rarely get it right with potential world class players. On my game he has PA of 150 and is still one of the best midfielders in the game(cm slot, advanced playmaker/attack). Maybe it has something to do with where he is playing atm, he starts out in the second or third league in Italy(am I correct??) so theoretically it is a lot easier for him to shine there and the scouts could simply be cautious when rating him. Usually when I sign a young player my staff starts to rate him a lot higher.
 
Hes on **** poor form for me at the moment in my Notts Forest squad and just cant play well no matter what i do with him. Got 6 goals in the first few games but now in the 2nd half of the season i dont even bother playing him. Although im gonna take to blame for letting luis jimenez tutour him

you have to get bids accepted from both clubs.

e.g. if he is co-owned by pescara and porto u need to bid for portos half and pescaras half to get him

And that can be very very expensive as well
 
had him for newcastle bought him for 1.5mil eventually scored 15 goals 12 assists italy called him up 2worldcup squad and scored winner against england in worldcup final simlar to lampard doesnt peak til ova 25 tho. verrati wonderkid in the making
