What is the best training schedule? Ive noticed some people with him a year in who have quite high strength and creativity. Atm he is in my Juventus under 20s in march 1st season, being dominant and scoring for fun for them. His technical attributes and defensive stuff such as marking and tackling is improving quite a bit, but i want him to be stronger/faster/more creative etc. Im using Tugs midfield training btw. His natural fitness is kinda low, but my fitness coaches say he will rarely succumb to injury, so im thinking of upping the intensity. What should i do?
