Need a 16 team league, so which one of these leagues should the auction game be in?

My rebid must have got cut off my PM at some point as I definately had it on there at one point but it's not on the one on my sent list. If I'd have realised it wasn't I would have bid more for the Belgium pack as I knew it would contain Fellaini.

And I thought you had to rebid the tied bid as a minimum or did I imagine that rule? Seems strange if not as someone could have bid between what it went for and what we tied at and not got it.

Can't remember exactly but it was something like 30.2 as I thought it had to be at least what we tied and didn't really want to go any higher.

Seeing as it got cut off then I'm happy to let him have it for what he bid anyway as it would be fairest.

This round may be a bit complicated in terms of what the perks do but read the details underneath each pack for clarification!
General round - Perks

Ability changes pack - +10 current ability, +10 potential ability, -10 current ability from any 3 players, Euro cup place (1st season)

*Ability changes can be put onto any player. “Players” means any people in the auction game. The CA will be deducted from a random player.

Attribute changes pack - +3 tackling, + 3 creativity, +3 flair, +3 positioning, +3 determination, champions league place (1st season)[/FONT]

*Can be applied to any of your players

Injury changes pack - every player is injury free, injury proneness reduced (by 5) in 3 highest players, 3 months broken legs issued to 2 players, Champions League place (1st season)

*“Players” means any people in the auction game. The broken legs will be issued to a random player (Time to be cruel).

Position changes pack - Centre back position learnt, Striker position learnt, Versatility +3 (in five players of your choice), renaming club rights

*Renaming club rights will allow to edit the name of your club and kit design

Reputation changes pack - +2000 reputation increase, -500 rep decrease in any 3 players, +5000 stadium capacity increase, Euro cup Place (1st season)

**“Players” means any people in the auction game.

Facilities changes pack - youth coaching, facilities, recruitment and training (+3), regen creation

Also renaming club rights - if you are happy with club don't worry but if you to change the name I need: team name, short name, nickname, 6 letter name and any kit changes!

Regen creation - needed: name, nation, foot, skin tone, hair colour, ethnicity, date of birth, height and weight (prefer cm and kg), position/s, 10 strongest attributes, 5 weakest attributes, 3 preferred moves.

seeing as the regen could be any position do you mind if I create him after all the pack rounds are over? that way I should know what position it would be best to create him in.
