Now for some observations.

General Observations
We just can't win. I have won just once this season and that was in the Carling Cup. I wasn't expecting much to be honest, though what I have noticed is the astonishing effort and the ability to not lie down and die means that I can make this comment: 'Excellent start'. You may think I am off my head or on some sort of cocaine but the fight we put up is tremendous. Here are some examples for you:

Crystal Palace 1-1 Arsenal- My best result so far. We dominated! Yes, you heard it right. They deserved no goal and we showed that we have the ability of a Premier League club. Neil Danns was the scorer and he had the performance of his life.

Crystal Palace- 0-1 Tottenham- They get an early goal and we get dominated the whole match. Speroni threw all bad form out the window and produced the game of his life. We even hit the post through the impressive Tafer, who works his socks off every match providing and creating chances for us.

Crystal Palace 3-4 Liverpool- A Carling Cup match in which we went behind three times. We always came back and scored and chucked everything we had at them. To score three goals past Liverpool was an amazing achievement for the lads and Tafer grabbed two of them. His first goals and no other player has deserved a goal so much. Joe Ledley also snatched his first goal. A power shot into the bottom of the net.

My next observation is our fixture list. Take a look. Could I have been more unlucky?

I reckon every aspect of the Premier League is against us. Now for the player observations:

Player Observations

Sean Scannell: Our main goal provider and an all round good performer. Four goals for the lad and three of which came in the Premier League. Not bad for a first timer. His form has dropped a bit and he is starting to make way for Tafer and Moses.

Neil Danns: Scored the important goal against Arsenal. He has made a surprisingly good start to Premier League life. Good stuff from the 27 year old. I doubt he'll keep up this good form as I don't think he is a Premier League player.

Yannis Tafer: I don't think the match rating counts for holding up the ball, passing and team work. If it did this guy would be top of the Premier League. He puts some outstanding effort into every match and I would say he is our best player so far. 2 goals in 5 appearances is decent but he scored those goals in one match.

There you go. I suppose we have had some encouraging things but the huge majority is poor. I think Championship football is more suited for us. Thanks for following and another update tomorrow.

I hope you have done better than me! Not too hard though. :'(

Great win against Liverpool :)

You will stay up ;)

Hopefully man, I will really need to strengthen if I am going to go up the table though

To back up Craig Cathcart's good form he has been awarded this :)

If you look at what I previously said, I have coursework and my West Ham save to do.

I take it bcfc has stopped this as he has two other stories going at the moment

Yeah, I said I had about a week ago. Sorry again though :(
