So I have tested this tactic with small SS tweak that is suitable for my team. Here is some feedback:
1. Corner set up does not work as intended with this tweak, ST is not in position to recieve a short pass from RB/LB. Full backs just cross the ball to my CM's, but despite that I still score a fair amount from corner situations because of headers, rebounds and etc. Not all of those goals show as corner goals in statistics. So corner set up wasn't that good, but did somewhat okay anyway.
2. I really liked how SS works with F9's. SS runs from deep positions often, and opposition has a hard time marking him. SS either dribbles through the defence, because they are busy marking strikers, or recieves a pass from F9 into 1v1 situation. So I have noticed increased amount of goals from open play and better, fluid motion and passing of my players.
3. During throw ins, SS acts like a extra CM and is often in position to shoot from deep or to make a killer pass.

I had big amount of injuries, often played my CM's as ST's and RB's because all of my strikers and right backs were injured, almost never I could field my best 11, and still I didn't loose that much. 2 of the matches were lost because of red cards, usually when I have 10 man my team just can't stop leaking goals no matter what.

So overall I am very happy with the tactics, performance is good enough for me for the 1st season and I could utilize my AMC with medium success. If corners could be tweaked so they would work correctly with AMC, no doubt I would use this shape further on, but as of now I am not sure yet because I can rebuild for 3 ST's in 2nd season.

Here are some screens, I have used Giorgio Chiellini for long throws, he almost won golden ball, shame that he came only second because of some Messi lad :D

Thx for sharing u r experience.. looks like a decent build with the SS..

can u try with 3 strikers and tell me what u think is the best..

try the clean V2 for a season plz. ty a million m8

I'm using this tactic in the Bundesliga with Paderborn (2nd season) - worked great so far (I'm about to finish 3rd) - but the bigger teams are always killing me (Bayern, Dortmund).. :/
