Ghana at the world cup
Hoping to get into the knockout phase despite a tricky group hopfully we'll get to at least the quarterfinals
Warm up match
Holland 2-2 Ghana
Gyan, muntari
holland dominated the game but we can feel unlucky having been 2-0 up after 53 minutes but two late late goals from seedorf ment we had to settle for the draw
ghana 1-1 Ukraine

We were quite unlucky had a deserved lead just before half time but conceadeda penalty with 20 minutes to go and despite a strong charge at the end we just couldnt find a winner, this will probably mean we have to get a better goal difference against golland and costa rica to qualify

done a small bit of wheeling and dealing through the summer. Decided from my first team that makaay, mido and taylor werent up to the premiership so sold them loaned out most of my 18-21 year olds who wouldnt be in the first team to raise there value or experiance. Decided that i'd have to build the defence since that was our weekest spot last season. Got Jose Angel to replace taylor at left back, Obinna was a free for inter who might break through up front, Caceres from barca for a bargain £1.7m and Ochoa for a less bargain £9m but as he's raited at 5 stars in my report i feel its money well spent. Were still left very weak in premiership terms going forward and will probably try and improve on one of those postions since theres still £8m in the bank

made a few signing s to try and make us competative firstly in europe and hopefully the premiership too. David Weater was wanting too leave and i dont think Kryvtsov is good enough for first team so brought in Hummels as a streight swap as i didnt want to disrupt the defensive side of the team too much. Urban and delhaye were two good regens i found Delhaye has a shot at going streigh into the team as Digard isnt my favourite player. The biggest weekness i felt our team had was up front and in an attacking sence so for the left wing i got Afellay from PSV on a free not satisfyed with O'neil long term but he had a good season last term so that will keep him in the first team for now. Big summer signing was a player i couldnt believe was still at his original club was Dzeko. Cost me £27m but he's the man i expect to lead our challange to get a top 4 place

And just got a superb offer from seville to become there manager but decided to stick to trying to push middlesbrough through europe and up the premiership table towards the top 4 before we think about a bigger job offer

Thanks but i said i've decided im staying till at least the end of the season but with champions leauge looking good means i'll almost certainly be giving it another season after this one.
