Millwall – The Biggest Small Club in the World.

Transfers

Due to the incredible lack of funds and not being able to off load anyone it was a very dull transfer window for the lions.

Finally! A agame where we have scored more than two goals, tweeking tactics at the moment to try and find one that works. need to get a run of wins together to ensure we stay top half!

Sloppy to give away a penalty for a rash challenge, great from Hof to bag an equalizer, silly silly challenge from Hooiveld to be sent off, good point from a playoff challenging team.

Good win against Forrest; goals coming from The Hof, finally scoring a header. Great to get all three points here.

This is great news for the club. more money coming in as well as great players to come in on loan to add either more depth or first team players for no money at all!

Huddersfield Away
On the attack from the first whistle, wait... no, we're one nil down in one minute.
On the attack again and once again hit on the counter and two nil down by Wells.

Just in time as Lee Martin is now out with a bruised rib.

Birmingham Home

Terrible game 2-1 loss Ibe doing nothing all game and the consolation was that Woolford scored a scremer

Derby Away
Great team work for the first goal, cross from deep by woolford picking out ibe who touches it down for an amazing goal by The Hof, breaking the net metaphorically
Ten minutes later, we give away a penalty for nothing, once again we could hear the chants from our fans
" We Always Get **** Refs"
Cant blame the fans at all for this because late on in the second half a blatant dive by a Derby player results in yet again another penalty.
Both appeals to me was very soft and im annoyed to have lost this match.

Wolves Away
Going to Wolves who are in great form and are 6th at the moment. Will be a hard game and we will have to fight to get anything out of this.
8th minute, team are passing the ball about nicely like in training, great one two between Fuller and Gueye and leading in a goal, lovely stuff.
Despite winning the match the team are still not putting away chances when they are easier to score. Disappointing.

Sloppy match for both teams but we came off worse...

playing against 20th placed side would usually result in a routine win, but if you know millwall then nothing in routine, just about nicked a win here due to The Hof, on his day he can be playing great!

Watford Away.
3rd place Watford, will be hard to get anything out of the match but the points are needed fora play off place!
HT - 0-0 been very balanced good chances and saves from both teams.
Ft 0-0 still. a great battled point glad to get a point against a good team.

Blackburn Home
we've dropped down to 10th and face 13th placed Blackburn a win would be nice here!
Fielding the same team as the Watford game to try to keep some cohesion.
32min - The Hof showing his power and scoring a power hit!
41min - Ibe goes down after a rushed tackle by a Tommy Spurt and Shaun Williams tucks it away
54min- great double save by Forde but still not enough as Rhodes strokes in a goal
73rd - Ibes is injured once again due to a rough tackle by Spur, this fella should be sent off by now!
FT 2-1 win, good win well fought! especially as we was seen as the underdogs

Brentford Home

Ibe is now out for upto 5 weeks with broken ribs. Star player down now...
Both Dunne and Edwards want to leave due to fist team football and as they're moving on from the club, cant say no to letting them go as they're not first team players, we need money and they're not getting any better.
Brentford are 6th and are a place ahead of us, if we win we will go above them!
Bit of rotation in the side due to fitness and injuries, hopefully will give the new players a bit of desire to play for their first team place or fight to keep it!

<1min - nearly went 1-0 up as The Hof nearly scored from halfway after a half-arsed clearance from their 'keepr, only hit the post though.
31min - Pritchard the Brenford winger scores a cross-come-shot top bins no chance for a poorly positioned Forde, 1-0 Brentford
HT - 1-0 down and the boys need picking up, so i assertively tell them that they need to be better and hopefully it works.
FT - 1-0 boring second half not much happening and the loss is hard to take so i empathize with the lads.
Charlton Away.
For me, no bigger match this season, biggest rival in the league and they're sat 14th we need to get higher than this tin-pot excuse of a club.
12min - Paris Cowan-Hall with his first ever Millwall Goal and what a game to score it in! 1-0 Wall!
HT - 1-0 dont want the lads to sit back and see this out so i decided to bring on The Hof for Fuller to keep the attacking mentality.
60th min - Tony Watt plucks a goal out of nothing and back on level terms 1-1. Charlton fans have lit a flare? its 1-1 what is this nonsense?
64th min - no idea whats happening but somehow we're now 2-1 down...
80th min - Johnnie Jackson sent off after a second yellow. We NEED to get a goal back!
FT 2-1 Charlton. Not happy with his and he boys will know it. Devastated.
