Monstrous 4-2-3-1 Plug & Play

hi TTFF your tactic is awesome but i've seen your tactic too late and could't grab the other tactics for different situations could you post them please? thanks in advice.

Last time I saw the topic, it was on V7 and the Defense Line was Very High. Why is it set to deep now on V11?
Not complaining though. Just want to understand the changes ^^

I' still adamant that DLP and BWM in the best centre of the park setting for this tactic. Setting the MCL to CM (S) might be handy when chasing a goal but for the sake of balance it works out better to have him as a DLP because he helps get the ball upfield instead of bombing upfield ahead of the ball.

Be interesting to see other peoples results with the d-line tweak cause those southampton results are impressive

I tried the latest version with Real Madrid and the team performed just amazing, I won all competition I participated: La Liga, Champions Cup and Spanish Cup.:)

I might be on to something here... I was playing Man City away with Liverpool and decided to try something different.

Team PI's : Lower Tempo instead of High Tempo, Wide instead of Narrow

GK - Same
DR - Same duty but PI's to make him more supportive so he doesn't bomb forward
DC's - Short passing removed
DL - Very attacking left back, he'll bomb forward!
DMC - Dribble more removed, swap sides so he add's stability to the rampaging fullback
MC - Defensive MC, decided to just use him as a defensive pivot and pass it off to better players
AMC - Made him more static, added dribble less so he lays off more
AML - Creative Inside Forward (Riskier passing, sit narrow)
AMR - Attacking Inside Foward (Get further forward)
FC - Pretty much the same

I've added the tactic here but I absolutely spanked Man City 3-1 but we controlled the game so well. Give it a whirl!

Highly suggest Anthony Knockaert for the left wing, can also play CAM, he's ****** amazing.

Also try out bonaventura for the CAM position, train him up on his passing and he'll be great.

Great tactic

My only problem is i can never seem to get my forwards to score

Ive tried Benzema, Balotelli, Jackson Martinez, Deigo Costa & Facundo Ferreyra in the deep lying forward role & they rarely score.......most my goals come from the inside forwards (Hazard & Willian) or advanced playmaker (Juan Fernando Quintero)

Are we actually saying now tht this is the final change to this tactic as I have been thru a lot of pages and it has different formations settings and OI so please is this the final change or will it be something else again soon ..does look good I must say but surely now this has to left at one final tactic otherwise its just getting silly oh and need to put in what training is best for it too .

Tactic has preset OI(Opposition Instructions) built into it so make sure you don't ask your Assistant Manager to set OI for you.

Download filters for all positions - TFF_Monstrous_Plug_and_Play_V2

Few tips how to use filters(Under spoiler).
At first make sure you have good scouting knowledge for major football nations.

I would recommend you have full scouting knowledge for these nations: Spain, Portugal, England, Italy, Germany, France, Holland, Brazil.

In case you find it hard to find players through filters here's what you can do there's an option "easy match conditions" in filters menu and you can "easy" match conditions by 1 condition in most cases it will double pool of player you can chose from but always pay attention what parameter is missing and for how much. I would recommend have it no more than 1-2 points away.

This way you can also find young talents for your team.

DESCRIPTION:

Guys, first of all I want to say that UNREAL system is stronger than this but I deiced to share the best I've managed to get from looking formation.;) The only advantages I see it has over UNREAL:

1) It's plug & play. You can use it with any club without rebuilding and transfers.
2) There's about 90% guaranty that if you use it with TOP 3 clubs in the league you win it.
3) In case if you are mid or small club there's almost guaranty you'll be overachieve.

AML should be right footed or have at least “Fairly Strong” rating for the right foot.

AMR should be left footed or have at least “Fairly Strong” rating for the left foot.

I changed the cm to dlp(s) and took off dribble more, the midfielder now gets higher rating and gets in the game more, that just suits me and my players more tho.

Good tactic, but defense is very weak (Arsenal) Athletic Bilbao 3 goals fit in my bow

I'm using the latest version with Sevilla and it's going very well... TFF, how do you think will this tactic work in second season? Thanks!

Mate, I really don't understand why do ask question like this...

I'm 100% sure there's no such think like "tactic don"t work for the second season". Who said that in second season you should get the same performance you got in first season? Maybe in first season the tactic showed its best performance and more you play with more accurate statistic you get. Just think about it.

For example, in the first season you had 100 pts, 100 goals, 20 conceded and then in the second season you have 80 pts, 80 goals, 40 conceded... does it mean that the tactic has stopped work in second season? No way! you should simple take average from the first season and the second season and only in this case you'll get tru understanding about real strength of the tactic... so you can expect average performance from this tactic 90 pts, 90 goals, 30 conceded for the season.

I'm not sure about many things but I'm 100% sure about that 1 season isn't enough sample to suggest about strength of tactic. I usually make suggestion only after 100+ matches played.

TFF, how is your opinion on save/load? For example: I played my Man United save (Unreal tactic!) without reloading the game.. Just left my pc and the game on when i went to sleep.. I think that was the reason i had a Superb season..
But with Spurs i've tried the same and i've saved and reloaded loads of times and noticed that my form was way more inconsistent..

Any thoughts on that?

TFF did u change setup for defending corners? Its much better in latest version i concede only 5 goals from corners all season wich is a good thing as managing a midle team(not strong not weak) and i finished 2nd position in first season. Also in latest version it seems tactic is more atacking but also more leaking in defense but compared to other 4231 from this forum defense is much better and fullbacks sometimes actually defend(not always but its a ME issue with this fullbacks and u cant do much about this).
Overall i think your latest version is best but i did some change to have more stability in midfield,i change mc role to dlp like some other people said.

Heh... I think explanation of this is more simple...;) It's just because CA of MU players is higher than CA of Tottenham players. Higher CA = more consistent results.

Just look Tottenham has average 145CA vs average 155CA for MU… and 10CA difference is really sufficient. MU has 8 players CA160+ and Tottenham has only 2 players CA160+.

Nope, as I can remember I didn't change that ;)
