Been playing with it with Inter with success so far. No transfers in, only some players out beause they won't fit in this tactic.
Athough Inter have good players, especially my front men don't really fit in their attacking roles, but they peform good.

Hi there. I developed a new tactic for FM 2017 . It is a 4-1-2-3 tactic. I was trying to develop a Klopp tactic, and i think i find something similar to it. High pressing on first line of defense with 3 players on them causing their long balls to their strikers or whatever, so its very important to have a center back who covers it with very good heading and jumping skills.
I play with liverpool and i will present my results o far in Premier league. we play with total domination. All over the opponents.
Interesting is that i play with defensive mentality and very fluid, but thats because of the shape i wanted to have on the field. Also these three strikers are the main creators of the goals and assists. 2 of them are defensive strikers who make total confusion to the oppositions trying always to find some holes between midfield and attacking third. They can shoot or pass from very good positions on the field.

I am still playing and in all matches i had only one draw vs arsenal away, and all wins which is not to bad :)

Thats it for now, i will update if it would be necessary. Hope you will enjoy this tactic.
Cheers.

whats your training match training

This tactic is amazing. I use team cohesion on high with 50 percent Def positioning and the oi from Mr L's new 442 but with weaker foot on all wide players.
Works well for me

Any answer on what players are best for the DF roles?

EDIT: Would also be useful to understand what to train them as, the rest of the tactic seems self explanatory, but the DFs are a bit of an odd one!

Much appreciated

Even if I'm playing with PSG, it's very impressive so far (V1).
31w - 6d - 1l in the first season, won both national cups and lost in semi-final of the Champions League (Arsenal).
As PSG isn't a real test for a tactic, I will soon start a new save with my hometown in the French second league.

Really solid tactic. Top of the league with Watford after 15 games. Not many goals though mostly 1-0, 2-1 and etc.

I've tried it also with Reims in French second league (after smashing it with PSG) and it's still the best imho.
I've tested a few tactics here and there (FMScout) but always come back to this one which seems to be the most consistent (using instant result).

what about players type? Expecially the 3 forwards and the 2 box to box midfielders!
