The amount of money people are willing to throw at people is crazy.
Most i've ever brought somone for is 32mil and that was Mata.
Usually spend between 10-20mil on first team players and 1-5 on young players coming through.

I played as man city when i was bored once and asked the board to sign fabregas and ended up spending £94m on him, which was pretty annoying cos it used up all my budget.

lol u must know that Cese doesnt preform well, and get a ave. rating of 6.9 most of the times.
