I had tested this tactic with Chelsea to see how well this tactic worked with a top team. Mr Langvatn has tested this tactic out with Liverpool to see how it worked with a mid range team​

Formation:

The formation for this specific tactic is an untraditional 4411. In addition we have also set-up our own corners and free-kick instructions; which has provided some great results.

Training:
We ran the training balanced and focused on defensive positioning​
Chelsea's Results:

Here were the results that were achieved when playing friendly matches.
In 5 games we scored 14 and conceded none.

Eventhough we tested this tactic on a strong team we did not expect to get these results as I have not seen any other strong team ever get these type of results.

Corners

My team managed to score 12 goals from corners in 21 games just in the league.

I hope everyone enjoys this tactic and has fun using it.
Do not expect that by using this tactic that it will be successful for everyone as FM 13 is very unpredictable.​

can you post your player stats? Also where did you play Oscar and dud you always play Ramires on the right?

I no longer use Oscar he only plays if someone is injured or really tired. As Mikel got injured I have used Romeu to replace him. Plus I only brought in Lewandowski and as you can see from his stats he is just a goal machine.

You can also window this tactic. By this I mean you can change the AML to AMR and change the MR to ML. This is accomodate the players available in your team.

im using steklo FMC with stadium backgrounds...i downloaded all of this from this site
 
i just realised u have no one on support, ive never seen that before, but im not going to question it, seeing the results. :p

definently going to give this a try, i havn't used any teams outside england yet this year so im going to try it with a team in either germany, italy or spain and i will post results later today. :)
