Training is left to assistant manager and I don't use any shouts......
...if you could test this tactic with a weak team in the Championship or League 1 I will be much appreciative. As I think many people would be interested to see how this tactic fares in a lower division.

In addition, personally the best version of this tactic is named "NoAttackRigid" (where you use a v.rigid strategy and play short passes) which can be found when downloading the file.

i'll be giving it a try with vauxhall, i'm in BS Premier in my second season. I think a tactic is best tested at those levels cos that's where the best coaches show what they've got!!

Will come back with feedback asap!!

Tried this for a couple of matches mid season with my Monaco save (second season). It is promising. Not as good as your underdog beast 42211 or the revitalised 4411 but then again no tactics I have seen are as good as those two. Been using them tweaked and with opposition instructions and different training than you for some time and I never lose any trophy. That means Ill try this from the start of a new season and work with it ...

Anyway, I gave you a shout in my thread but ill give you one here as well: RESPECT!!!

Hey guys :) Just saying hello! I see lordofavp keeps this going, gj! :) Personally, I won't be playing much FM for a while. I became a dad 12 days ago, and well, Leon (my kid) takes all my spare time. Maybe we can group up again when I get back lord :) Our tactic was very successful until the newest patch destroyed it :p Anyways, good luck to all, and cya when I get back :)

I've been using this with Nottingham Forest for two seasons now. I started out weak with the Spin-The-Wheel tactics and wrecked everything until the ME update, and switched to this one after. I picked up a strong forward named Zdenek Ondrásek and a couple of young talents at the start of the season. Ondrásek scored 32 goals in 38 games and naturally won the golden boot! Absolutely incredible player for his rating!

The strange thing about this tactics now is that I seem to be beating all the top teams (Chelsea, United, Liverpool, Tottenham and simply struck unlucky against City to lose 0-1. On the other hand, I have a hard time beating the teams I'm actually expected to beat. I don't let many chances past, but the few chances my opponents actually get mostly result in goals. Can't quite figure out why yet, but it may have to do with that my squad is by far the youngest (several <20 players in the starting lineup) in the Premier League and that no matter how I try to motivate and relax them the pressure gets to them eventually.

Hi Lordofavp,
I know that this isnt the right thread but couldnt find anyone for your 4-1-4-1 Hmmm, so posting here might be alright? :)

I have only one pretty simpel question, what do you do on away matches och tougher games vs better opponents?

Do you ever change the mentality etc?

cheers ;)
