Mr Langvatn's Tactic Thread (Updated for 13.3.3)

Going to try the new 4231, but this time with Bayern. Only transfer I did was sell Gomez and bought Lewandowski
 
4-4-2 worked fairly well for my non-league team but the goals dried up. The 4-2-3-1 didn't work at all. We had lots of possession but were hit too easily on the counter. The 3-2-3-2 is working pretty well and I may persist with that but I really like the look of the Rock. IT has wingers and fullbacks set to cross which I like.

The wingers in the Rock tactic have swap position ticked but there is no player selected, only "None". Is this correct or are the wingers supposed to swap over like your other tactics?
 
im going to try the peoples formation The Rock with Watford if ya smell what im cooking lol ill let u know how it goes

It's correct as it is :) It's just to "lock" it when changing formations, roles etc.

hey. DDMC tactic works in championchip and in blue square leagues. ~2-3 goals per game. only played like 20 games in each. won almost all games.
ur 4-2-3-1 gung ho is updated?

As I suspected, the 3-1-5-1 (winner from the first round) got into some real trouble in round two. Some strong tactics in this round!
 
I won't be testing much more for a while though, On Saturday, my kid is getting baptized, on wednesday I got my exam. After that I'm building a porch. So after that I'll be back to more testing :)
 
Wow just had worse day from **** at work 13 1/2 hour shift :(( walked in turned iMac on downloaded the rock tactic played 3 games so far won 4-0 0-6 4-0 and my forward as only managed 1 of the 14 goals :)) guna b a long night :))
 
I started a game with Leeds now :D

I managed to buy Jonas Svensson, Wolff Eikrem and Stefan Strandberg! Three best players in Norway!
 
Do you stick with def positioning or do you use att mov when playing weaker team's,this for the rock tac
