In what way is it logical?How is that rude? It's a logical induction, one which I (unfortunately) agree with. Obviously we hope he survives, but I really don't see it unfortunately.
If he had died they wouldn't put out a statement lying about it they just wouldn't release a statement until his family had been informed. Plus I don't even think those two statements necessarily imply a deterioration. He had stopped breathing so when they managed to resuscitate him that was the situation stabilised but that doesn't mean that he wasn't critically ill after what he went through.
