It seems like most of the goals are coming from corners? None the less my strikers in spurs dosent seem to score very much

You should see more goals from open play than from corners.
The striker is the main play maker in the team being a false 9 he won't score as much goals as a regular striker

It's a great tactic, but I can't stop conceding corners.

This is unusual, the most I've conceded in a season is 5, are your players good enough in heading, Jumping, positioning etc?

They should be. Conceded three in two consecutive games. By the way, do you have any advices for the forward position? Any names?

Yeah it's the same with me as well, poor on the set pieces. But w4ankers tactics helped quite a bit. I don't think it has anything to do with the tactic actually, but just the match engine. :)

W4nkers not changed anything defensively to my knowledge, What you can do is set two players to mark the back post.

For the striker I think Carlos Ferro if bought early enough and trained well can become the best false 9 in game. look at messi as a reference for Ppm's

1st season with Newcastle, ended up in 2nd place. Bought Rodrigo and Alex Telles and sold Santon. In mid season bought Everton Ribeiro. Rodrigo scored 25 goals in 39 games. Absolutely amazing! Very good tactic, although in mid season, it gets harder, even changing from defending positioning to attacking movement.

Didn't get it mate, alto? If you are talking portuguese, is it high?

haha, it was a typo on my mobile phone, does it all the time for some reason, I believe portuguese for high is altura though may be wrong spelling :p

it is supposed to say "still alot to be looked at"

So my first season with this tactic over and huge success. Won league fairly easily in the end, got to Carling cup final and won FA cup. I actually plugged this in a few games into season so it wasn't fluid until December and 2 of the premiership games i lost were before playing this tactic so i think that gives it even more credit!

Only bought Tom Ince pre season and Honda arrived in January. I found that none of my strikers were consistently good as F9 although Remy had his moments, notably a hat trick in FA cup final! Have bought Aspas for the new season who seems much better fitted for the role.

Defensively very strong. You will get red cards for vicous tackles and lots of yellows but i found that fining them a weeks wages sorted out any reoccurring issues with first team players. I would be inclined not to change the tackling instructions however as its a big part of the tactic defensive wise.

I am tempted to tweak this to a 4411. This version in-play is really a 433/451 with the ball and 4141 without which is why it is so strong. A 4411 would be a 4231 in-play which i think could work really well but you would lose the DM who is a key player.

Steven Taylor was a beast all season in this tactic so shows old fashioned centre halves with a bit of pace can flourish.

New season is looking interesting for me as all of my best players are wanted so it could be a summer of upheaval unfortunately as offers come in thick and fast for my team.

I've been using this on my Andorra save for about 10 seasons now. Went from amateur side to Champions League regulars + semi final of the Europa League and I'm only realising now that I have never once used Opposition Instructions!! :O

me the same story - a lot of successes with big sides, low sides, and never used OI's.

This is something I have actually been trying in a current save, it's been good so far, I'm sitting top in Spain going into December following away wins over Barcelona and real Madrid 2-1 and 4-1 respectively, I am sociedad
