Your tactic is good and it has great defense but its attacks dependent totally striker's performance if he is on good day, team is effective in match. Other players do not contribute much scores. Edit: Wow!! Last match my team has 16CCC's. The first time I see such a thing

Hello! I have been using this tactic with my Braunschweig save in Bundesliga. In my first year I was the third in the league with such a bad team. Them I bought very good talents and young stars but I could never go more than third place. Tactic works great for like 6 matches and then a disaster starts. I loose or draw for like 4-5 games. I may wind 5-0 against bayern and then next match I may loose 4-0 to the last team in the league. It is a good tactic but it is not constant. Maybe you can tell me your ideas about how to get better performance out of it? Right now I have very good players but I am loosing like every third game. On my fifth year It even got worse.
These types of consistency issues are more about squad management than anything, keeping morale up, getting the right reactions from team talks, keeping players condition up etc
Insane amount of ccc, I usually get about 10 goals from each centre half and anchorage then about 20 each from the four other midfielders throughout a season

Yes.. im now in teh PL with Guiseley.. lol.. this tactic has been awsome. I never really changed match prep. maybe its because I been underdog all the way haha.. anyways. I wanan optimize my individual training. Should I train roles on all my players? and do you keep training hard? seems like they getting ****** when I do that.

Yeah train your player with individual training on heavy, but change team training to average, I don'. Get problems with players being annoyed but if you are concerned about it lower the individual training to medium.
Well done getting up to the pl that's an excellent achievement

Tried this tactic with my piece of **** Crystal Palace team, no transfers, losses after losses. Then I've decided to try it again in the FMC , first game won 1-0 against sundeland and the second game 3-1 against chelsea, I guess I'll go for the classic mode this year...
Been using this for 2 seasons now and not doing too bad really but only concern is the LB. He always plays awful no matter who he is. I am oxford city and killed the first season with promotion with 102 points and now in the last match of the skrill promotion currently in 4th but need to win or draw for play offs. 9/10 times even with a win the LB will get a rating of under 6 and will almost let a goal from his position every game. Is it me and my choice of LB's or anyone else had a problem?
Have you ever considered trying to make this tactic into a 4-4-2? I believe 4-4-2 is one of the best formations on this series and having two strikers may increase the likelihood of goals. Possibly have two false nine strikers?
