My best tactic for FM14

I felt the same way prior to this build of the tactic mate. what you can do in lower leagues is take off shorter passing, and change the striker role to something that will spear head attacks more like a complete forward. This way you will be playing more direct and hopefully score more goals,, relying less on technically gifted players when you dont really have any world beaters xD

well, for me its going awesome, won 8 games in a row inluding vs Barcelona & Fc Porto.. only the game at barca was won in the stoppage time, but Barca is one of the best teams in the game so its not a suprise that game was a tough one..

Just to bad it only uses 1 striker & i'm a huge fan of playing with 2 strikers :p but nevertheless its a very good tactic for me at this moment ! ^^

i dont what happened in the 2nd half of the season...i was top of the Turkish 2nd division nut in the second half i only managed 3 wins...im still in the play off spots....at the moment
 
After this new update, i'll be editing my filters to suit the new roles of the players.
 
Callamity, could you please provide a pic of the new tactic showing new player roles? Would love to have a preview before i can get the chance to give it a go as i have not had a chance to play it for a while! (**** xmas!)

Or anyone else if they have a spare minute!!?

Wonderful tactic man.
I just move to monaco in 2016 and have a great result's.
 
This tactic was great before the update, i managed to win PL in my first season with Newcastle and have since made it to two CL finals (lost both but close games). However since the update neither of my strikers can score a goal. Ive had Giovinco playing stirker and pre update he was top scorer however now he can hardly get a goal. Most of my goals come from corners. I dont concede many goals at all but i just seem to draw most games 0-0 or 1-1. Any advice? Thanks.

Hi mate, Since putting out the last update i have reverted right back to the original tactic i released away back on the first of november. This is getting me the best results again. I dont know why I never tried this version on 14.2 but it seems to work best
 
player tip guys ...... if abyway is starting a new save buy young jerome sinclair from liverpool turns into a right false nine within few seasons put him on training on complete farward high in2018 in my save this is his statView attachment 439408

Formation Issues

Calamity,

First of all, great tactic. I've had some pretty good success with Newcastle. In my first season, I came in 2nd (behind United) and am currently in the 1st knockout stage in the Champion's League in my second season.

I am having some issues though. I downloaded the most recent tactic and am fully fluid. The games I win, I win 1-0 or 2-0 and the games I lose, I lose by 1 or 2 goals. I'm currently sitting in 5th with 50 points and can't seem to string together a group of wins. I've lost to United and Arsenal, but won against City and Liverpool, so I'm not sure if it's a team thing.

What can I do to really push things forward?

These results are probably a knock on effect of being in the champions league and the squad being more tired, effective squad management will benefit the team, other than this i do not have enough information to go on.

Hi mate, Big fan of your tactic as I have previously posted. Just wondered why you abandoned the one you uploaded for 14.2 with the DLP. I have been using this since you posted and its excellent. What made you re-think it?? Just curious?

Very good results.

I am very satisfied. It is almost one " plug and play ".

Training: I followed your advice ( post*1 ). Pre season Team Cohesion Very High and Match Prep Tactic 50 %. Season Start Balanced Average and Match Prep Def Set Pieces 30 %.

Individual training "post by post" is an another important thing..

When I win and when the opponent dominates, I pass of "Offensive" to "Control". What I forgot to make against Tottenham in Capital One: (

The only thing which I do not use is the OP.

I was playing a game, alongside a friend, not a network game though. He was using the original which was released on 1st november and won the treble first season with Everton, his only signing was balanta. I on the other hand was sitting comfortably in the relegation zone with fulham. Now my results werent too bad to be honest, i beat spurs 1-0, was drawing alot, I wasnt expecting fireworks with fulham. This being said I went up 1-0 against aston villa and everton. then got absolutely trounced 5-1 and 6-1 respectively. I switched back to the original at the end of september, and moved up to 5th by christmas losing only 1 game to Newcastle 2-0. Tactic is still not fluid yet either.

OK so three games in with the latest new/older tactic and 3 wins (2 away + 1 home).

Looking good so far!
 
i was mid season with antwerp in my second year standing last with 3 games won and after playing this tactic, playing for european football
