My FM09 Last Hurrah!

Sort of a strange first season with Ebbsfleet. 11th in the league is not the best finish ever but i guess it's not the worst either. My form in the first half of the year was my downfall and far too many games i had strong leads and let slip.

However i am very happy that i managed to win a cup double with the Conference League Cup and FA Trophy.

I feel ditching Fulham as my parent club for Bolton was part of my success as i managed to bring in a few loan players which no doubt helped me end the season on a high.

With 90% of my squads contract up i can use this as a chance to build my own squad.

I have attached a few of the seasons summary screenshots...bring on my second season in the BSP.
 
Keep at it. I love reading these stories. Im starting a LLM with a created team hoping to get to the Premier League in 7 seasons.

Let me know how you get on. Started my second season pretty well. played 6 won 5 and drew 1

If i win my game in hand i will be top of the league.
 
I am nearly done with pre season ill let you no how i get on with that when am done :)
 
This should work like the real Ebbsfleet where the members can vote for players to buy ;)
 
I wouldnt trust have the people on here to choose my signings ;)
 
Good luck Kris, I'd love to do it myself but I seem to be getting too bored of FM at the moment, I start a new game and after 10 minutes I just turn it off.
 
did u check out the irish lads i told u about kris?

I know the feeling mate, apart from the challenges i have not really been playing it much but after this thats me untill fm10

I did and Fahey was already at Brum and the others were out of my price range
 
aa **** sorry thought u would be able to get them... anyway good luck with this im just about to start with wolves in the championship and its the same for me i get excited thinking about a new game and then 15mins l8r i quit but im going to stick with this one
