I always leave it to my assistant, i choose one that is attacking and similar favorite tactic to mine. I only control the individual training, train them to the spesific roles they play and once or two per month i check and train the area they are weak.

Sorry for hearing it bro. When i ll get back from work i check and post match statistics. Forgot to do that yesterday.
