There's only one united

hello again people, decided to revamp my tactics and this time, there alot better and more dominating, you won't be disappointed. Instead of doin 6 tactics with the 433/451 like last time, i decided to stick with one formation with 3 tactics, and the formation that i stuck with is the 433, which i think United use the most at the moment The tactics will include again the short, narrow and long. If you are gonna be United, then use the long tactic for at home.
Right with that out of the way there are 2 things you should know when using these tactics.
1) always read your pre-match advice, if you have a height disadvantage to the other team, then in one of my tactics, to which ever one your using, set the full backs crossing rarely, and for wingers set crossing rarely and run with ball sometimes, you'll see a big difference!
2) in all 3 tactics the forward is set on advanced forward, which is for Rooney.
when you play Owen set his role to poacher
And with Berbatov set his to target man, even change the roles when you sub them on during the match.

just finished Pre-season friendly's, out of the 7 friendly's i played, i only had a total of 7 shots at me with 1 on target, so far so good
 
1st: i think u can post this together with your 442 thread , just my thought
2nd: wat do u mean by Man utd home " long/narrow/..."... how many Old trafford we have here :D?
3rd: tell me which one u use to win against Chelsea 4-0 that is shown in 442 thread.

one more week to go..seems like u have gone the extra mile by changing the tactics according to the pitch size..keep it up man
 
hiya luta sorry about the extra thread, should of used thefirst 1 really. the old trafford pitch is long, but for people who are downloading these tactics won't just be united, so i did it for all pitch sizes, how are you guys getting on with it?
 
Hey Richy I just wanted to know if you use any OIs and shouts at the begining of a match?
 
hey flohrinho, yeah i use shouts at the begining of the match. Against the top 4 clubs i use pass into space and against weaker clubs i use pass into space and pump ball forward

gonna make a few ajustments to the short and long tactics, but really happy with the narrow

im usin your 442 tactic, i think the back 4 is really good, im workin on the strikers :$. im gonna try ur 433/451 as i play the 1stleg of CL in 1/16 round :D.
 
tbh boys i dont see the point in playing like united as i thought football manager was for playing the way you wanted :/

chapman you seemed really positive about my first tactic, then you said that united played 433 and 451. Now your saying there's no point playing like united

ok cool, let me know how you get on then bud, i'm not completely happy with them, there's still room for improvement, which i'm working on now. i will crack this lol

Yeah sorry i dint mean it was a bad thing and yeah true it is simular but me and hanc just make it as we want out team to play (H) btw do you boys know when the transfer update is coming out ?
 
fair enough mate. er not sure. i heard it was due out mid to late february
 
madsheep and chaps, i've done the tactics again and this time it's only 3 tactics, i've done the short and narrow pitch, but having problems with the biggest pitch. my assitant manager says we're not crossing the ball enough, even though it's set on often, any idea's lads?
 
it means your players arent getting to positions where they can cross, maybe you're playing too narrow
